This kid puts me to shame! Ha ha. But really, what an awesome kid. For someone so young to invent a sandbag that have the potential to save lives. Great job young man. Adults can learn a thing or two from you.

Hello Ellen! Thank you for making my day everyday. I am such a huge fan of yours. Can't wait for Finding Dory!;D
Wow, this kid is super smart. I mean he is like 12? Way to go, young man! I especially love when he told Ellen how he loves math and science. I hope many kids heard that. This is what loving math and science do to you. You get to invent great stuff.

As a mom of six, I really hope that at least one of them will be inspired by this little guy. Haha! Watching him being passionate about what he does is so overwhelming. I can't wait to see this guy grow up, when he will probably have more things to show us.

I hope this kid keeps on inspiring other children (and even adults, too). The world needs more young people who are not scared to think outside of the box. You really are incredible, kiddo!

Love,
Ann

Gotta love this kid and his ideas. He will surely have a bright future ahead of him, as long as his parents continue to shower him with support. Good job Ellen for your support, too. Please keep on encouraging kids like him to share their creativity to the world!

Hi Ellen! I love love love your show! You are so smart and funny! Perfect combination! I saw this link from a friend's timeline, and I have to say I am totally amazed by Peyton. What a smart kid! I try to recall what I was doing when I was that young, and I'm sure it was not inventing stuff! His sandbag invention is like awesome! Can we like manufacture that already and use it when another storm threatens the country or other countries for that matter?

I teach guitar lessons to children, and it is really amazing how smart and talented they can be at a very young age. I believe this young man will go places. Inventing something at such a tender age just shows that this kid is very smart. I hope he will not lose his love for science and math and inventing stuff. This young man gives me hope for the future.

This kid is wicked smart! Imagine inventing something at 8! Wow. And the bike invention is awesome, too! Kudos to this kid's parents for encouraging him to solve problems on his own. Good job, mom, dad and of course, Peyton!

This young man will change the world, I only pray there are more parents out there to encourage their children to think outside the box as this boy has done. God Bless you for showing the world this story and let him be an inspiration to all of us. I have emailed you several times about our problems and not sure if you are even getting them, however I have a 16 yr old (in a week) and I pray she is inspired by this story. She just gets down and doesn't think she can go to college or do anything because of our lack of money, however I keep telling her she needs to work hard and she can do anything. Even her book rental is over $200 and we get free lunch and book assistance and she is in 10th grade, so I think she believes she can't do more than just the minimum because we can't pay for it. I just keep telling her shoot for the stars. You just keep helping where you can that is wonderful!!I love you Ellen!

Hi Ellen,

I live in India,Chennai. I'm a Post graduate in Business Economics, working in RR Donnelley as a Subject Matter Expert. I happen to take sick leaves as i met with an accident and hurt my left leg last week and i was watching some random videos in you tube and happen to see your show in it and i started liking it immediately and i think i spent around more than 4-5 hours watching your shows all night and i couldn't stop myself searching for more. I love each and every segment of your show, I must say you re brilliant. After watching all those videos, i feel like i know more. Which is great!1 In India we don't usually say "I love you" to anybody except our loved ones. But i tell you " I love you so much Ellen" You re the Best. I wish i could see you in person and hug you. I wish you all the best. I would be very much excited if i could hear something from you.

Love you,
Suhashini
