What a testimony! Great guy! Need prayers for my son, Shane, who in 2010 had a swimming accident(one week before his 30th birthday), which left him paralyzed from the chest down. He was very athletic, went everywhere on his bike, he was fit as a fiddle. Now he is very depressed and doesn't do much of anything anymore...so sad. Needs his spirit lifted, please pray for him. Thank U, and God bless U.

Dear Ellen,

I watched LazyLegs episode while sitting on the couch thinking, I should get up and go to the gym. I was so inspired by him that now, every time I go for a run and I'm getting tired and want to quit I think to myself 'If LazyLegs doesn't give up, I'm not giving up'. I don't have a single obstacle stopping me'. I'm so inspired by him, he is with me everyday when I work out, when I face a challenge or feel like complaining. If you get a chance, could you please pass on to him how much I admire him.

In response to Kathi Crump, comments on the Shriners involvment, to set the record streight, only the 1st surgery was done at the Montreal's Shriner, the 2nd one at the St. Justine Hospital in Montreal, all the other ones in private Hospitals such as mainly the Dupont Institue in Wilmington, DE, while Luca 'Lazylegs' was living in the US.

I've watched Luca "Lazylegs" for a couple years now! He is so amazing and inspiring. I showed my young daughters you tube videos of him to inspire them also to be brave and go for their dreams!

Such a wonderful spirit this young man has! And a great role model for all! I was disappointed that there was NO mention of the Shriners that provided the 16 surgeries on his legs. All medical plus travel FREE from the Shriners! There should have been at least something said about that. Any and all children can receive orthopedic care plus the burn centers at no cost. Shame on you, Ellen for not giving the shout out to these loving men & wives that provide this care!

I was so amazed by this young man and their determination to help those with disabilities concur their fears.Such a inspiration and wonderful display of talent, I'm sure many people were humbled by his Lazylegz and maybe will inspire those who do nothing but complain to get up off the couch and dance (lol). Great job finding him. Hugs and blessings, Sunny

Lazylegz is great! It was so inspiring to watch him dance! I work with individuals with disabilities and what inspires me the most is that they do not let their disabilities disable them. I have learned so much about individuals with disabilities and to see them conquer anything that they put their heart into is wonderful!!
