1 tbsp. vegan butter
veggie burger patty
sweet yellow corn
Melt butter in pan. Chop the patty into small rectangular pieces and put into pan at medium heat. Sprinkle cayenne pepper generously or to taste. Let heat, then add teriyaki sauce and cook both sides for another 3 mins. Heat corn tortillas in separate pan on medium high until warm. Place cooked (and cleaned from cob) corn and black beans in tortilla and add the veggie burger pieces. You can save any remaining black bean and corn mixture for later. Maybe even add cilantro and onions on top of the tacos, and enjoy!
