Vegan Brownies

Cynthia P. from Guadalupe, Calif. sent in this recipe for Vegan Brownies!

Ingredients:
2 Cups of unbleached all-purpose flour
2 Cups of white sugar (vegan)
1 Cup of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 Cup of water
1 Cup of vegetable oil (Crisco is best)

Directions:
Pre-Heat Oven 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly, then include vanilla, water and oil. After your batter is smooth, pour into a cake tray and bake for 35-40 mins. Take out and let it cool for 4 hours at least for best taste =] Enjoy! Anyone who's ever tried these brownies says they are the best! They're moist, thick and definitely fulfill your chocolate fix. =]
