Bethenny's Mock-A-Mole Guacamole and Fingers In Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked green peas
1/4 cup chopped fresh tomato
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped, plus extra for garnish
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Serve this with blue tortilla chips, cause they'll look black. Try Bethenny's sour cream cobweb design as seen on the show, using sour cream in a pastry bag.
Fingers In Dip:
Get some regular white dip, then stick in 5 carrot sticks so the ends are coming out at an angle. Cut slivers in the top of them and use sliced almonds to make them look like fingernails. Then it looks like 5 fingers coming out of the dip.
