What you need:
1 Spring-form pan
Gluten Free/Dairy-Free Oreo style cookies
Rice Dream Ice Cream (or dairy-free ice cream of your choice)
Chocolate Soy Pudding
Organic Chocolate Chips
First Layer: Crush the cookie halves and mix them with the coconut oil and spread into the bottom of the pan to create the crumb base. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Second Layer: Soften the Rice Dream and spread a half-inch layer and freeze for 20 minutes.
Third Layer: Spread an inch thick layer of the soy pudding and organic chocolate chips. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Fourth Layer: An inch thick layer of Rice Dream finished with leftover Gluten-Free Oreo cookie crumbs for decorative flare.
