You will need:
1 cup lentils
1 or 2 bullion cubes
1 onion (sliced)
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
1. Clean lentils
2. Boil lentils in 3 cups water w/bullion and pepper for 30 min or until soft (not too soft)
3. Slice onion and sauté in separate pan until clear
4. Throw all into a food processor, walnuts, lentils, onions w/oil
When it's a nice consistency, remove and refrigerate for 2 hours, then enjoy!
