Spicy Thai Cucumber Noodles
3-4 cucumbers, shredded lengthwise
1 c shredded cabbage
1 c broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 c cilantro, chopped roughly
For the sauce:
1/2 c raw almond butter
1/4 c Nama Shoyu
5 T raw agave
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Whisk together sauce ingredients and toss with veggies.
Serve immediately.
