Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich with Agave

- 2 slices of your favorite vegan bread
- Peanut butter (or other nut or seed butter -- try almond, sunflower, cashew butters for something new)
- 1 small, ripe banana, sliced into rounds or lengthwise
- Agave nectar
- Spread a slice of bread with the nut butter, top with the sliced banana and drizzle with a little agave nectar.
- For a little crunch, add a sprinkle of granola to the sandwich.
