- Add 8-12 ounces of non-dairy milk (soy, almond, rice, oat...) into a blender.
- Add a handful of frozen blueberries, half a frozen banana and a handful of frozen broccoli. Add a little agave nectar and a scoop or two of vegan protein powder.
- Blend until smooth.
