Mashed Yams
Ingredients:
4 Large Yams
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
4oz Vegan Butter
Instructions:
On foil lined sheet tray, bake yams for 45 minutes at 400 or until soft.
Remove from skin and mash with a fork in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and season with salt & pepper.
Serve warm.
