Cashew Cream

Cashew Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw organic cashews
  • Water as needed

Directions:

Soak cashews in water overnight, or bring 4 cups of water to a simmer, add cashews and let soak 1 hour.

Drain and rinse cashews.

Place them in a blender and add water two inches above the cashews.

Blend until smooth (about 5 minutes).

Strain mixture to remove any nut pieces that did not get pureed. Cashew cream should be the consistency of heavy cream or lighter.
