Welcome to The Ellen DeGeneres Show! Now that you have tickets for the show you may have some last minute questions. We are here to assist you and want you to have a fun experience!
What time should I arrive?
GUARANTEED Ticket Holders: Our ticket distribution begins at the time printed on your reservation letter. It is NOT necessary to arrive early, but please be on time. It is at your own discretion as to how early you would like to arrive to hold a place in line. Upon arrival, you will join the line in our holding area and receive a numbered ticket in numeric order. At loading time, you will be brought into the studio in numeric order.
STANDBY Ticket Holders: Our ticket distribution begins at the time printed on your reservation letter. It is at your own discretion as to how early you would like to arrive to hold a place in line. Gates for the line will not open until 9:00 AM, however, it is not within our control as to how early people arrive.
How is the audience seated?
First VIP will be brought into the studio. Next Guaranteed ticket holders are seated. If there are empty seats available, we will bring in Standby ticket holders on a first come, first serve basis. Please keep in mind that we overbook the show. Any Standby ticket holder that does not get a seat in the studio audience will be accommodated in the Riff Raff Room. The Riff Raff Room is located inside where the show will be viewed live and uncut on flat-screened monitors. Please know that the set cannot be seen from this location.
Will I be able to sit with my entire party?
We try our best, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee your entire party will sit together.
Is the letter my ticket?
NO. The letter you receive(d) via email is your reservation letter. The person who booked the reservation MUST have their name on our audience list. This person must show a Photo ID to check in their party and receive tickets to be admitted into the show. For Warner Bros. security purposes, everyone in your party must obtain a photo ID at all times.
Is there wheel chair access?
YES. We can accommodate for wheel chair access. If you or anyone in your party is handicapped, please be sure to let us know when we email to offer you tickets. We must be notified of all special needs at least two weeks before your show date.
Who are the guests on the show and when will the show air?
These details change on a daily basis. We do not release any of this information until the day of your show. You will find out when you come to the studio. Ellen will be here!
Is there anything that I am NOT allowed to bring to the show?
You are not allowed to bring any CAMERAS, sharp objects, knitting needles, mace, weapons, knives, and/or scissors. Think airport security: if you can’t take it into the airport, it is not allowed at WB. Cell phones with cameras are okay, but must be completely turned off before entering the studio. We do not hold any belongings and are not responsible for any items that are confiscated!
How old do I have to be to come to the show?
Everyone in your party must be at least 14 years old. All minors must be accompanied by an adult and have proof of age. A high school ID, birth certificate or passport may act as proof of age for those 14-18 years old.

In the parking structure off of Olive Avenue labeled WB Gate 3. Guest parking is available on the top floors. Please use the elevator and proceed to the first floor audience area near the visitor center.

YES. There are also local establishments within walking distance. These places can be found on the map provided. No food or drinks will be allowed inside the studio.
What am I allowed to wear?
Please dress nicely. You may be on camera! We recommend business casual or upscale/trendy attire. Please wear bright colors, no black or white. Dressy jeans are permitted. Please note that it is often cold in the studio. You may want to bring a light jacket or sweater to stay warm. We do not allow anyone to wear Ellen and/or WB apparel, shorts, beachwear, or shirts with large logos. Group coordinating outfits are not allowed. We reserve the right to deny entrance to anyone inappropriately dressed.
Can I bring Ellen a gift?
YES. Please notify a staff member if you have a gift. You will be asked to declare it at the security checkpoint. No gifts may be handed personally to Ellen at any time.
