May 25 will be a day I will NEVER forget! It was the day that my twins turned five and the day we found out that my baby sister Hunter Grace who is 11 was diagnosed with A.L.L Lukemia. Of course my parents and I are lost for words. However my sister is NO normal little girl. She is so ready to kick this and have fun while doing so. Yesterday she had my friend give her a Mohawk that she calls a hiiniehawk. We have been calling her hooniebug since she was a baby! I would love to send you a picture of my beautiful little sister who is such an inspiration to her family and I'm sure to many other kids fighting Lukemia.
Thank You,Trish Metzger
I'm writing you this letter in regards to my 18 yr old cousin Destiney. She was born with Arthrogryposis and only has use of her head. When she was a baby her mother passed away and last June my cousin Dean her farther committed suicide. This young woman has been through more then any one person should be. She lives in a one bedroom home with my great Aunt and has been forced to sleep in the living room. If I have been through what she has with loosing both parents let alone living with Arthrogryposis I'm pretty sure I would have giving up. She is the most amazing people I know! Even with all the bad in her life she still plans on going to collage this fall. She loves your show and I would love more then anything to get her there to see you.
Thank You, Trish Metzger
