Let me just start by saying I just love everything that Ellen stands for. On March 6, 2012 my mother passed away two days before my birthday. I had been taking care of her since 2005. It feels as if part of me is gone but I continue to always carry her in my spirit.On April 1st I went into the hospital with CHF (congestive Heart Failure). I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and my heart was only pumping at 21% when it needed to be at 50%. After my mother's passing the bills for the house are piling up and because of my current situation I am in danger of losing my house. I can't get a job because not only do I have restrictions on my shoulder to where i can't lift more than 5 lbs. at a time but I also have no car for transportation. I have to rely on others to take me appointments, grocery shopping, etc. I have 3 childern (26, 21, 16) and 2 grandchildren (3 and 1)and they are my life. I recently developed arthritis in my shoulder, neck and left knee. Watching your show everyday lifts my spirits. My five sisters and I would love to come to your show it would be like a dream come true. Even if I'm not chosen to win anything I feel pleased to share my story with you.
