| About Me | I am a 58 year old woman who has been married to my husband for 42 years and I have 3 girls,2 son-in-laws and 11 wonderful grandchildren.My husband and I are both disabled with limited income and I would to be able to give them 1 day of gifts from your 12 days of Christmas. |
H2o win one day of your 12 days but to get a chance to win all would be awesome!! I've written mostly about my daughter whose a single Mom that has four children and gets no help from the father,she was only able to buy them coats for Christmas,and they need clothes for school so badly and they would1ike some kind of toy just to be like other school kids around them that get toys and tablets and such.Could you help her out in any way?! We would be so greatful!!They are from 15,13,11 and 9.The least one is a girl that has a health problem,she sleeps 16 out of 24 hrs.She falls asleep everywhere and in the middle of 8 little girls at my younger grandaughters birthday party.She's had all kinds of bloodwork and tests,she is over weight,just since she was 7,she use to be the normal weight of her age group and now she's 9 and weighs 125lbs.Her Mom has tried very hard to buy things healthy for all of them to eat so she wouldn't just think she needed was the only one that was treated differently because of her weight,but she cries alot because of how kids can be so cruel sometime,these days it seems more than ever.She had her toncils and adnoids out 4yrs.ago and her adnoids grew back,so on Dec.11thshe underwent that surgery once again.W e really have been praying that the Drs. Would find out whats going on,they did diagnosed her with sleep apnia but haven't so far did anything about that,anyway I tell you this because if you could help make her days more pleasant with a new toy or tablet,or something like that for her other children,they love clothes. Thank you
davidahndlena@cox.net Dear Ellen,All I say is wow,wow,wow!God is so good all the time,You are such a blessing Ellen and the way you share those blessings is so great and you are sure gonna have your reward in heaven,for you do unto others as you would want them to do unto you. I just learned tonight that my daughter that is a single Mom that her kids 4 of them do not have winter coats.And not five min.after she called to tell me that news that her kitchen caught on fire tonight,she came out of the bathroom and her house was full of smoke,she was lucky,she grabbed the dogs water and poured it on the fire,she started holleringfor her kids who were upstairs and called the fire department and firemen ask her if she 'd been spraying for bugs and he took a sample of foam in her wall and the spray back to firestation and put the .Thank you so much!!! bugspray on foam and lit it and it caught on fire so it was the chemicle in the spray that caused a combustion fire so she rents and the landlords aren't willing to fix so she has to find a safer house to rent with option to buy. I've been praying for her to find a mate that was a christian and a good Daddy to be there for her and the children.I would love to bless them with one day of your 12 days or your bonus bonus daysLena from OU Sooner Land!!!!!!!
Dear Ellen, What a day to win 8 of the 12 days on 12/12/12,I've always wanted to see Shania and be in your audience.That would be a great day just to be in your presence.I have a sister name Ellen and I would like to surprise her and be able to connect with her again,she lives not 3 miles from me and she use to run with me and my other sister who does not own a car and I take her everywhere she needs to go but we miss that sister name Ellen and she won't tell us WHY she don't run with us anymore,it HURTS us so bad!! Dear Ellen, Wow the gifts you give are just a dream for so many of us that watch your show.It is just beyound anything I could give my kids or grandkids in 10 years much less then 1 day of your 12.Wish I could give like that,we are not suppose to be envious but gosh darn it's so hard! I just have to get in Gods word and just thank God for our health and our house that my husband and I bought after 42 yrs. Of marriage!!!The sister you helped today,that was a touching story.Life is hard but GOD is good!!That's what I hold on too.Thank you for letting me realize that Life is a blessing.And you are a blessing for so many. Hello Ellen, your attitude towards your guest whether they or actors, actress, or well known people, or just someone off the streets is so heartwarming, I've never been popular, or anything, I am pretty much a loner but have a big heart for people who are hurting, have you heard that saying, Hurt people Hurt people. WELL I think that is so true. In the past before I was a Christian, I was so invious of people that I thought had it ALL! But going through hard times I found that giving is alot more than receiving and I know you must think that I've wrote in several times to your show for my daughter who is a single Mom of 4 children and they are ages from 15 to 9 yrs. of age and Joanne their Mom works 2 jobs and she hurts so badly in her back and feet, works thru the week as a nurse and on the weekends in Okla. City at the famous Cattlemans Restaurant. Her Dad and I help when we can but David, my husband is a disabled Vietnam Vet and I am disabled with crohns'disease since 1990 we are on a fixed income but I thank God for 11 grandchildren that are healthy!! I BEG you to be on one of your 12 days of Christmas shows, I'll do anything! EVEN DANCE, you know I had emergency back surgery and had to learn how to walk, talk, Eat, swallow but by the grace of GOD and Prayer I am still here after 2 mos. Of hospitalizations and 2 mos. Of therapy I AM WHAT I AM!!!!!!! And I can Dance! YEA! THANKS FOR LETTING ME COMMENT!!!!!

I would love to win tickets for Fleetwood Mac,they've been around almost as long as I have,ha!Really that's my generation and it would be cool to go to the Tulsa Okla.concert then I could see my youngest three grandaughters!! Closet makeover,you bet! That would be awesome!Especially the organization of getting everything in order,nice,easy to see what you really do have. Since I was diagnosed with crohns disease,I have gone up and down in weight so I have from sizes 10-18,very depressing!!My emergency back surgery in 2008,I have strunk 6 in.From 5'4 to 4'10,So I have very low self!-esteem cause I look likehunchback of Notre Dame.
D putThat wasn't suppose to happen,anyway got the grandkids money out of the bank for the money cards we bought them and had thot we had paid all the bills for the mo.and my husband a new bill coming out for having his teeth pulled,a big pmt.,then my van got over heated and my brother told me,you gotta take that somewhere right now to get it fixed,well that was another 100.00 dollars,then I leave it,my husband picked me up ,went home,got back in his truck,wouldn't start,did everything he could think of,still won't start so had to call my daughter to take me to pick up my car,super runs great,anyway my tablet is not letting me finish,so now short in the bank,please help,my dog found out has heart worms and thyroid problems and I can't get anything done for her financially so that was my day,full of bad luck.
