||I got hooked watching Ellen over the summer--for the first time in over 25 years working in a daycare/preschool setting I had the option of taking the summer off! (It was a really hard school year with all kinds of kids with issues and I needed a break!!) PLUS my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer-she did 14 days of radiation and is now on hormone therapy (the last doctor visit showed that the tumor was almost half the size that it was when she was diagnosed in April!!!) But I thought that taking the summer to spend with my mom would be best and, since I could financially afford it, I would do it!
Your show was the best part of my day--it is on at 10:00 AM in my area so I would go to my part-time job (cleaning a movie theater about 3 miles from my home) at 4:00ish, do my 3 hours, then I would come home and walk for about 3 miles (I'm "training" for a 5K walk/run in October!!). Then I would have my breakfast, make my coffee and sit and enjoy your show! It made me laugh and was the best part of the day.
Now that school is back in session (and we have another doozy of a class. Can't wait for the summer!!) I don't get to see your show. I haven't yet figured out Hulu or Netflix--but when I do I will have a lot to catch up on!) But I do catch some of the highlights on YouTube! (Britney/Psy and Gangham Style dancing. LOL)
Send my regards to your mom--hope she feels better soon and keep making them laugh!!
