Dear Ellen, I have a friend who Lived in Lafitte, LA, and lost everything during Hurricane Isaac due to flooding. She could really use some help. She is not eligable for fema assistance because she could not afford to have her house raised and did not qualify for the insurance. They fixed up their trailer after Katrina and now have to go thru the same thing with Isaac. I wish I could help but am not in a position to financially do so.
