||Dianna Ordway is the owner and chief executive officer of Operation Pay it Forward Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower teens who have been the victims of abuse by giving them the skills & resources necessary to grow into productive citizens. Dianna also owns Empowerment and Hope for the Future Teen Ranch, which was established to help abused teens by housing them in a virtually all green long term residential program. Dianna was adding a Farm to her non-profit organization but after further planning, Dianna has decided to make AU Naturale’ Farm & Creamery a for profit company whose mission is to be the main resource for any food & supplies for all the Ranches that will be built across the Country; Therefore, making them ALL self-sufficient as well as everyone living healthier. There will be free ranged, grass fed NO antibiotic & NO hormone meats, Organic fruits, vegetables & herbs, all kinds of cheeses to our handmade soaps & shampoos will all be made on site, sold locally & on our website. Dianna will be creating jobs for many people that are willing to learn everything about the business of growing, harvesting and packaging all kinds of food safely. She will be trying to create programs that will enable single parents to have affordable childcare right on site. That seems to be the #1 reason why single parents do not work, they feel they would be working “just for childcare” & Dianna feels that this will assist in allowing single parents to become independent while allowing them to get off of any public assistance & not worry about whether the absent parent pays child support or not. Since it will be factory style work Dianna will be providing other amenities to aide in sustaining our employees’ emotional & physical health. She feels, happy, healthy people make for more positive, motivated & hard working employees. As owner and CEO, Dianna is responsible for overseeing all operations, leading fundraising efforts, providing direction to volunteers & staff, creating programs & events, developing & maintaining strategic partnerships. Throughout her career, she has received a number of prestigious honours including a Presidential Award for completing more than 500 hours of director in 2005 & as Fundraising Director in 2005; Dianna created & implemented a project called SantaFest. She raised $6000.00 in cash donations & various businesses gave to put on a Silent Auction at the Family Fun Day aka SantaFest. In the end, after paying out, she managed to raise $2000 for the Plus One Scholarship (helps disabled individuals go to College with financial assistance)@Santa Fe College which was matched by the State. Dianna with her youngest daughter raised $750 for the MOD & with her co-worker she helped collect over $1300 for United Way in 2005-2006. In 2006, she was nominated & won the Work of Heart Award for Student Volunteer of the Year out of 16,000 students at Santa Fe College. She credits her success to integrity, hard work, effective interpersonal & communication skills, & the ability to overcome many of life’s adversities. Dianna is a proud member of several professional organizations including the National Association of Professional Women, the National Coalition of Advocacy Groups Ending Child Abuse & Sexual Abuses, & the Delaware Valley Art Therapy Association.
