Hobbies Family first, Wizard of Oz collector, listening to music (all but Opera and songs with inappropriate language), playing games on computer, watching a good movie wrapped up in a blanket during winter months with Hubby, and making people laugh...OH and most important, I Love Carol Burnett, own every single season and FINALLY 1 of my dreams came true...I was able to go to see her talk about her show and new book. NOW, I watch Ellen as much as possible!
About Me I am Hubby's caregiver, so mostly at home. Worked with Special Needs children for 10 yrs. and coached bowling for Summer Special Olympic's (very rewarding), worked as a "Security Officer" at G.M., while working there, saved a young man's life and made "Officer of the Month", "Officer of the Quarter" and (surprise to me) I made "Officer of the Year". I am type of person that gives..not looking for anything in return. I love laughter! Love people (I am a "people watcher", learned to be one from teacher when I took Drama class. I am 58 yrs. old, have 2 children, and 2 Granddaughter's, and one dog. I learned things can change in a blink of an eye (good or bad), so take 1 day at a time and don't take anything for granted. I Love a saying my Husband helped me when I lost Mom.."You NEVER lose the one you Love, if you always Love the one you lost". He has helped me and now I am helping him since he had a stroke due to diabetes.

What a GREAT young man to help a child without thinking about any consequences that could have happened! I know exactly how this young man felt at time of incident as I have saved a life. Something inside just kicks in to take action anyway possible to help any one in danger.

I remember winning tickets to See Bon Jovi Live 19 years ago. Our daughter was about 12 years old and I took her to her very first concert. Since she was born, she would rock back and forth to music, then dance when she learned how to walk. Now, she wins games on internet of 80's classic for fun, but I must say, she is GREAT when it comes to remembering name of song and group. Thank you Jon for making our day by visiting Ellen. Love you all ♥
