Over the last decade I myself have overcome some struggles I never thought I'd live through. Recently I left my abusive husband and took my children with me having no family at all I was scared my children and I would have to live in a homeless shelter, but my best friend from high school and her family took my children and I in as if we were apart of their family. Giving us food and shelter and most of all love of a family. I was so grateful for having friends like them. It's been two years since then and I am still here with them. It's been a struggle still not only for myself but for my friends mother who is now my soon to be mother in law. She is still graciously providing for my fiance and I and our children as we are struggling to stay on our feet. The toll has been hard on her too and I just want to let her know how much I love and appreciate all she has done for my children and I and how I wish that there was someway I could repay her for all she has sacrificed for us.
