Like others who have commented, I too was surprised that such an obvious hoax, made all the more obvious by the change in side from right to left, was given such attention, fame and reward on the Ellen show. I personally feel vindicated, however, as my first impression when I saw the video was that it was fake, even though everyone else disagreed with me. :-) Still a funny video, though. She is a good actress!

What's up with the "hair burning" girl. Why is it in the video it is her right side and then on the show she shows that it was her left side? Ellen please find out what's up with that. You would think the girl would have gotten her story straight (no pun intended). And then she accepts gifts from you. Her dad grounds her for posting on Facebook--how about grounding him for letting her lie!!!!!!!!

What is up with her changing the side of her hair that it happened on? It was obviously the right side and she says it was the left. I don't understand. Please help me understand. Am I confused? YES!! But, I love you Ellen!

I can't believe you fell for something like that without checking this girl an she said she did it in Oct. well her hair should be a lit longer then that plus should be on the right side of her hair not left as per her you tube video. Guess her parents let's the girl lie that's sad maybe a diet might work for her instead of hair products. Tell your people Ellen too do there home work before someone comes on the show with a video as proof.

I watch your show every single day.
I watch the online segments before it airs...because I just can't wait, and watch it after it is DVR'd with my family.
I don't care who you bring or what you do on your show. If I don't like the guest before the show, your show gives me a new perspective while I am watching it.
My mom always asks me, why don't I take my meds? Lol ;P But I don't need to, your show is truly my medicine. Maybe everyone should just wake up and watch ellen and everyone would be morning people. I'm always giddy and in a good mood after watching your show.

Happy Hump Day, Flicka Friends! This week I have another winter-themed ****tail ready for you to try. I found it on Pinterest and it is just perfect for the last ****tail of January.
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces of vanilla vodka
- 4 ounces of Malibu Rum
- 4 ounces of Coco Lopez Coconut Milk
- 1/2 an ounce Blue Curacao
Directions:
Prepare your chilled martini glasses by rimming them in honey and then, dip into shredded coconut. Pour all ingredients into a martini shaker with ice. Shake well and carefully strain into 2 martini glasses and toast to the end of the first month of 2013.
