Hi there,
I am soooo sad because I was really looking forward to seeing the interview with Portia on tuesday, but because of a wildfire in our area, they didnt show it, and just had news coverage on. I can watch everything else on here from that day EXCEPT the interview. Not sure why? Please help. :(

I called my Mom after watching your show on NMO. My mother has Celiac spru and was diagnosed with NMO two years ago. Both autoimmune diseases. She had lost her vision in one eye a couple of years before that and they thought it was due to west nile. She would lose strength in her legs and they would hurt so bad she would not be able to sleep. She had a number of symptoms. She had gone to a number of Dr's for years trying to figure out what was wrong with her. She did have a MRI with plaques in her brain and some lesion on her spinal cord, just like MS. I had told her she needed to go to the Dr. and get diagnosed, so she could be treated for MS. She finally went in and had spinal tap and it came back negative. She was seeing a specialist in Denver and he said he had one more test to run and if it came back negative he was going to diagnose her with MS. Well it came back positive and it was the test for NMO. It was good news they found out what was wrong but the news wasn't good. Which now explains the lose of vision. He had stated that their are a number of people miss diagnosed with MS when it really is not. My mom does infusion which can cost up to $20,000 with sometimes insurance not paying for it. She has her good day and her bad weeks but is still hanging in there. I can hardly wait to read the book and thanks for making people aware.
Is there a typo with today's Twi-hard answers? They don't seem to match the question? Or is it some kind of trick question lol. I am the ultimate twilight fan & I watch Ellen every single day & I watched today's episode twice to make sure there wasn't another question that I missed or something... but I'm hesitant to choose one of the answers in case it is a typo or something. I already got 3 questions, but I wanted all 5 =[ . I'm sure everybody does though lol
P.S I commented on this post because I see others commented about the twilight contest... not sure if this is the right spot though ?

I saw your show yesterday Tuesday, October 23rd and I was very interested in the Mother, daughter, survival story, but I missed some of it and would like more info as I have had a similar story happened. What is MSO? I could not find any info on the website. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been watching the Ellen show. Today I watched twice and did not hear the Trivia question. Yesterday I saw the trivia question "who helped dress Bella for her wedding" Not one of the answers worked with this question. This is my last chance and I am so anxious to be on the Ellen show and see my twilight movie stars. Please help me out. What am I missing. I've seen all their movies more than 30 times and read their books at least four times before each film is released. I buy all their magazines. I am 60 and love reaches any age. I'm ready to fill out your form but I'm stumped with the trivia Q&A.

Happy Halloween, this isn't my first time making a comment, but I did want to share some good news. My daughter Cassie was born 30 years ago today. She was born with Down Syndrome (this is also Down Syndrome month). I was told by the doctors she would not live to be 30 or be smarter than a five years old. Well officially they were wrong on both counts and I am also happy to say she has grown into a fine young lady. Happy Birthday Cassie, I love you!!!!!!mom
Where did you post the "TWI HARD" question? I watched the entire show and did not see it. I was hanging curtains at the beginning and not watching closely, did you post it there? I then went here to your website to see if the episode was available to watch online but could only get some of the shows segments. I watched a couple of those to see if maybe I missed something. The question wasn't on those segments. I hate the thought that I may have missed it. I am the biggest fan!!!!! Oh please help me to find the question, I am sure I know the answer.
Thank you so very much for having this mother and daughter on your show to bring awareness to NMO and our fight for research! I wrote to you regarding my NMO, and my large breast/underarm lump about two weeks ago, not knowing that your had a friend with the same condition. I am now going blind because of NMO and I have just had my 3rd back surgery because of it also. It's a vicious condition and I pray that one day there is a cure. It is terminal with only a 5 year survival rate with some like her daughter living beyond that rate. I hope and pray that you will read my letter that I wrote to you and I pray that you will continue to fight for people with this condition. This is why we LOVE your how, because of YOU as a person and because of the many causes you give awareness to. We love you Ellen! I am your biggest fan!!!! Love and Hugs!

your show always makes me laugh and whenever i have time i watch it but this week is got to me the best because you are doing the 'TWI hard to Win" and that is exactly what i a going to do wish me luck I have got to be one of Michigan's biggest fan and to even be ten to 20 feet away from Taylor Laughtner omg would be a dream i would probably burst into tears instantly i am so excited i hope i can win this contest it would be the best gift ever :) i am excited even writing this comment :) ttyl
