I do not want to beg for anything but we could certainly use a car, Ellen. We are both in wheelchairs and could use a handicapped van. It doesn't have to be a new one. Just one that runs. Right now we are trying to get enough money to buy a radiator for the 1995 jeep that we have. My daughter gave it to us when our other car died and we have a lift for my scooter put on so at least we can get to the store. Most of the time my husband, John, goes by himself. The jeep is going downhill. We have water leaking out the bottom and John keeps the headlights on by putting a pencil under the light switch. I don't know how long this car will last but it's not going to get any better. Our social security didn't go up much so that won't help us. Hope you read this and call me. The number is 904-619-8869. dear funny girl,my name is janine,i in 2011-2010 have written so many times in those years,i am watching episode on dec-28-12,at bottom of screen it said peppermint bark,i dont know if you are still doing 12 days of christmas,which are great prizes,but if you can trace all the emails i have sent in those years,you can see i tried,i was devistated when you came to ann arbor michigan,i live in brighton,i was litterly declaired totally disable by a judge,i still work 14-16 hrs wk,but what i really need is a car as i told your show in several emails,never knowing if it will start,now i have a door spring holding my exhaust together,my girls wont let me take my grandchildren for a ride,bad brakes,door spring holds my exhaust and rusting away,it is a 93ford explorer,never owning a new car,and i am 46yrsold,i would love to be on your show,but i am terrified of flying,i would take a train,i am homeless right now and my best friend Janet Razey,is letting me stay in her basement,until my disability checks start comming,this is know hokes,it is real,i am desperate for a new and safe car,for my 16m,old granddaughter and my 6mn old grandson,it is unsafe,i drive myself,but never them,i work at BigLots store 471 in HOWELL Mich,48843,can you help a huge fan,sincerely Janine Marie Cooke,love your show,suffer from major deppression,but you make me laugh,today is 12-28-2012
I like your show How I wish I could come there during 12 days of Christmas My Mom told me to go there ,but she was in Grady Hospital Atlanta from 12/4/12-12/12/12 just because she wants me to have those gift cards,she has Malignant Ovarian Cancer ,Ellen I know you have all the connection to help I just want her to be treated ,they put a port for chemo on her already but her medicaid was denied ,they cancelled her appointment on 26th please help us I will do anything for her ,even to plead for help ,for her HELP! Dear Ellen, first of all i want to say i just love you and your show and how you help people in need me and my family lost our home in the march2nd torando and everything we were displaced to another city where we knew no one and our daughter had to start another school my husband lost his job when he became disabled and had heart trouble we both are on a fixed income and is barley getting by we lost our christmas tree and all of the decorations in the torando and is unable to go out and buy another this will be the first time in my life that im not going to be able to put up a christmas tree or have no money to buy for my family i have a 15 yr old daughter and 2 sons i also have two grandchilren that im not going to be able to have a christmas for when my granbabies are here they will be no lights for them to look at or to see any gifts most of the time we usually end up pawing things just to get thru the month and most of the time thats not even enough i find my self loosing the reality of life i lost my mom back in august to cancer and im having a really hard time dealing with that plus all the stress and worries on how we are going to make it and to try to have a christmas for my family i know you recieve several emails and requests daily and alot of people have a hard time i am 44 yrs old and i have never been on any kind of vacation and i have never won anything i dont want nothing for my self i just want to be able to buy for my family and get a christmas tree and decroate it for my babies so i can look and remember the look on their face so im asking you my dear friend ellen please help me make this happen for my family i am asking you from the bottom of my heart please help us may god bless you. please ellen call my family christmas is right now here time is running out 606-462-3241 god bless you for what you do and what you stand for love the lewis family. I think your the greatest person. You do so much to help others. I wish most of all that there be peace in the world and then that My daughter Michelle Manoly get to be on your show and to win the 12 days. She is one of the most giving person besides you I know. She is in need herself and does so much to help others. She can no longer work and is going bankrupt. Her husband Glen does have a job but with all the medical bills and 3 children 1 in collage and 1 in High school and 1 in middle school things are tight. They always had the 2 paychecks to pay for things but now its been over a year since she lost her job do to an injury to her arm which is complicated and now she has nerve damage that she will have the rest of her life along with the pain. Even though all this is going on Michelle still volunteers at school and helps with art and music and anything she can to help. She also helps a family the who's daughter has a terminal illness. Celest has a Brain tumor. Michelle has done fund raisers and the 3 day cancer walk in thousand Oaks California which is were they live. They are not A selfish family. They even are feeding a homeless man in the neighborhood. They take him meals and warm clothing. My grand children help to. They are a good family. Loving, caring and they could use the help now themselves. I love them and wish I could do more than ask for your help. Please consider her she watches your show every day so do I. We love you Ellen.
