You know I loved, Loved, Loved the Lawrence Welk thing...just because there are so many people in the world with so many different tastes and I think every person's taste is valid and valuable to this world because there are also so many different giftings and talents and people should be able to express themselves in whatever their gifting is...so many people think they have to conform to other people's tastes in order to be accepted...at least that's how I felt growing up...I loved Peggy Lee and Louis Armstrong and Nat King Cole when all my friends liked Led Zeppelin and others from that era....I liked such different types of music...I also liked Led Zeppelin as well but I remember being afraid to tell people of my other interests...I also like opera and Cat Stevens and Toronto Children's choir even...I think it's so important not to judge people because of their tastes....

I was juat watching to-days episode with Dennis Quiad.. A comment that you asked Dennis about his recent movie "VEGAS", you asked him where the movie was made and he told you Santa Clarita, California... Ha!!! It was also filmed in LAS VEGAS, NEW MEXICO... my home town!! A part of our city was transformed to look just like the second Las Vegas.. Dis you know that we are the original LAS VEGAS.. oh well just thought I would let you know there is another Las Vegas and our small town was used for his movie VEGAS. Thank You foe letting me vent!! Because I am very proud of where I live.

Thank you for having on your show,9/21, the very talented young male duo. I didn't catch their names, but I certain noticed their talent.
The boy who received the guitar resembles my son at that age. My son was never an athlete but very artistic. He's an excellent writer, a talented actor, and an amazing musician. He also was bullied in school,driving him to consider suicide. Thank God, I noticed the changes in him, and got him help. His guitar was his best friend. He would play it quietly even when people would come over. Today he is a junior in college majoring in English. Has many artistic friends. Music saved his life.
Thank you for introducing us to these wonderful young musicians.

The two boys from Ontario where excellent, but a few more details, on where in Ontario they are from would of been great, or last names would be helpful...would love to show my kids....
