I want to be on Matthew Perry's show I am not very funny and I can't act.....if it's That easy....Then Hell I'll try it just call me......or e-mail me!
Ellen, I've already tweeted you and sent a comment to your Facebook page (under the names Carol-Anne Lucy Priolo and @CarolAnnePriolo) but I figure the more I try and reach you, the better off I am actually reaching you. I am from Queens NY, born and raised. Due to the storm Hurricane Sandy so many of my fellow Queens people have been suffering. The areas of Howard Beach, Broad Channel, the Rockaway's and Breezy Point have suffered the worst. There are people left without homes, electricity, food, water and some without their lives. I've never in my 19 years have seen such desolation in the place I call home. I am a huge fan of your show, as are many other people from Queens. You have helped so many people over the years and in my seeking you out, I know you more than anyone could help these people. They need you Ellen and I pray with all my heart that you see this and you can help these people!
Hello Ellen,
Just seen your interview with Jennifer Livingstone (I am in London, England so we are a week behind unfortunately). I was quite looking forward to the interview as after working behind the scenes in Broadcasting in the UK I am trying to get a TV presenter role but i the UK they like to put forward more size 8 then size 18. Size and health is important but most important things in life is good friends and family. Seeing and hearing people come into your living room with positive information - Jennifer as a presenter has an powerful and important role. It is the individual person's choice how they chose to look and Jennifer like me I am sure would love to be slimmer but we have to work with what we have at present!
i went to hairdressing school at sixteen ninteen sixty five and mymbest friends then were my stylist teacher and other students in school we all hung out in fact one of mygood friends brought or got from rescue a dog my first one i was so glad my mom let me keep him i named him sandy he was gold in color and today on your show the actor who was proud of doing a show being proud of is brother makes me super proud of him
I have to say with regards to the "Bully" that wrote the e-mail, that I don't think it was meant to "bully" the TV personality. And although I think it was wrong for him to assume she doesn't live a healthy lifestyle and is obese through her own choice, he does make a point about obesity in our society today and for a lot of people it is a unhealthy choice and in some ways saying "it's ok to be fat" in general, is saying it's ok to have and maintain a unhealthy lifestyle. And where it was very wrong for him to assume this about her and point it out, I don't think it was meant to 'Bully' her or make her feel bad about herself but to make a point about how our kids today look up to people on TV, just like female actors who appear too thin (another possible unhealthy lifestyle) but you don't hear people standing up for the TV personalities who encounter that problem now do we?
Point being, this isn't bullying, it was someone making an assumption about someone based on how they look that isn't true, to create something constructive that reflects our society. People are taking this and running too far for the wrong reasons.
Dear Ellen, I love you so much, every day you make me so happy!! I'm also so happy you had Jennifer Livingston on your show, she is so beautiful & never deserved to be treated like that, As well as anyone else, you are the best!!
Thank you for having Jennifer on the show today! I wish she would move to a Seattle station so I could watch her on the news. That ignorant bully, wonder what his kids or others are being taught in his home or town? You rock Jennifer! Thank you for going public with this situation.
How could the guy say Jennifer Livingston isn't a good role model?!
To me a role model is anyone that lives in a positive manner and they all come in all shapes! God didn't make us all out of a cookie cutter, that would be boring! Fat, skinny, tall, short, gay, straight- who cares! Just respect everyone!!!
Pezdog (Perry). What a legend.
