I signed the petition for Lucky to never be returned to the cruel owner who left that precious dog to die on the mountain. It would be so cruel and tragic for Lucky to be returned to him. Lucky deserves to be in a loving, caring home with the wonderful man who rescued him. Please let us know the outcome when it is decided. This story touched my heart.

I would LOVE to be a part of the organization this group is starting for rescuing animals. Where can I get more information or how to contact them to get involved.

Seen Ellen's segment on Bethenny Frankel and she seems like a really fun and neat person, and very interesting!!! Going to have to check out her show!

Love the dog rescue, we have rescued 3. They all had excellent lives!!! Majick is the last little woman we have, she is a Lab.
Very proud of these hero's, what an expedition!!!!

They all have a purpose, I hope they continue to follow it1!!!

Regards

Kimberly

While I am a huge Ellen fan, I was shocked at her treatment of Kellie Pickler. Kellie looked beautiful after she shaved her head in support of her friend. It was a courageous gesture on her part. For Ellen, who is usually so kind and caring, to shave (right down to the skin) her initials in the remnants of her hair, just to get a laugh was a cruel thing to do! Kellie will now have to completely shave her head again, down to the skin, to rid herself of the mess Ellen made. Ellen, what were you thinking?

Maybe you should get Kellie back on and let her shave your head. Shaving your initials in her head was so damn inappropriate! You ruined such a beautiful jesture. That wasn't funny at all. Not like you at all to even think of such a thing to do.

I live in Colorado and this is a horrific story. ON the show, Ellen did not go into a lot of the details. The man who left this dog to die has said he wanted the dog back now that the rescuers saved it. There is a petition that is asking for people to sign so that it will be forwarded to the courts handling this so Lucky is not put back in this evil man's clutches. Now the man is trying to get a plea deal where he said he will drop the dog if the charges on him are dropped. Absolutely unthinkable that a human being did this to such a beautiful dog. The rescuers are angels. Hooray!!
the website for the petition to keep Lucky away from that cruel owner is:

I'm starting to have faith that people in this day and age can actually see past their own egos. (I check my ego from time to time as well!) Thank goodness for the people that look after and see animals suffering or in need of even basic love and care! You guys rock! I going to find time to do this as well. Much love.

Just wasn't impressed with the way Kellie Pickler was treated on the show. It hurt my heart to see Ellen making fun of her, when she so graciously did what she did for her friend, Summer. This is not the first time Kellie has been made the laughing joke for Ellen. I really think Ellen is becoming a bully and I refuse to watch if Ellen keeps up with this kind of behavior.

Going too far for a laugh - I am a huge Ellen fan but today Sept 17th, she went too far for a laugh when she made such a huge mess of Kellie Picklar's shaved head by carving very badly into it. Poor Kellie looked so shocked and upset and I sure would be too. After having so graciously shaving her head for her good friend who has breast cancer what Ellen did was in really bad taste and I did not find it one little bit funny. Shame on her. She should do something huge to make it up to her. NOT FUNNY !

I enjoyed the story about Kellie and her precious friend with cancer.I have recently been diagnosed myself with cancer and can relate to her feelings. Thanks to my precious sisters and few close friends they have been making the treatments and yes, the loss of my hair and some mobility (only at times) worth getting up everyday and going on my thankful for being alive way. Bless everyone that has wonderful friends and family (sisters) that care this much.

Well, I'm waiting to see this episode. May go back and watch previous ones. Dunno, see I'm waiting for a choice workout video to come in the mail sometime tomorrow. Maybe, I'll just eat again.

I remember Bethenny from before.

I see she's having Ricky Gervais on again. He seems to be pleasing racially for some reason. I guess everyone has a different strength.

Anyway, Bethenny is hilarious. I guess it's different if you're form Fort Lauderdale as opposed to having moved there. She still looks like she's from NYC. Would you say Johnny Depp looks like he's from Fort Lauderdale? I have indian, too, but that doesn't make me like Johnny Depp. He also is related to the first freed black woman. I'm glad I'm probably Jewish, too. It sorta balances off the indian. My dad's dad isn't mixed, though, but has Irish, I know Donahue. I'm not Italian, though, though I know Italian people are European. My mom is Chinese-Indonesian, so I'm pretty straight. I wonder what it's like to have a parent from Europe?

Isn't it interesting Ellen has white hair? I don't know if I should be watching her show. I wanted platinum hair, but for some reason I became dark. I know I was born brown. I've connected to people like me physically, too, nonetheless, sometimes assuming I had reasons for being as I was. My hair has tints..

So, I'm interested to see Bethenny, I guess. My dad isn't from Fort Lauderdale. I wonder if that would make me something like her. I dunno, I mean I was born there. It's like Ellen's family is from New Orleans. However, I read her dad wasn't from the U.S. However, Ellen isn't from New Orleans.

I guess Ellen is an astute person. Is that because she's Jewish? It doesn't seem she has a lot of Jewish, but her mom's last name must be Jewish. We don't know, though! It matters. I know I'm Chinese-Indonesian and probably indian. The records got burned down.

So, I noticed Ellen sometimes withholds herself. I understand that that could cause you not to achieve bliss. I don't outshine others, I mean.

I feel sorry for the girls who shaved their heads. I know the one is from N.C. They don't seem to have a lot of self-esteem but should. Why is it always about people from up north etc.?

I've been sleeping a lot since my brain scan and almost died for a span of 3 times. I just don't know what to do while I wait for my workout video. I'm supposed to go grocery shopping. I guess I can watch Ellen.

Mornin, First of all as I have said before you are an amazzzzing person with the things you do for people and animals. Thank you for that!!!!!
I had read the article on the people rescuing the German Shepard somewhere before could have been on Free Kibble, that was wonderful it does my heart good to know there are people out in the World who care about our 4 legged family. How someone could leave it was beyond me then want it back. The one that rescued it found away to get it down. So HOORAY for those folks!!!!
