Though “Game of Thrones” may be set in a faraway, majestic place where sword fighting, archery and jousting are the mark of medieval conquering, that didn’t stop the Swamp Donkeys, a traditional style jazz band from New Orleans, from giving the theme song a bebop, blues and Harlem-esque adaptation.

Add a trumpet, sax and trombone to the mix, and composer Ramin Djawadi’s mystical score becomes a tune fit for a smoky pe bar in the French Quarter.

Performed at New York’s famous B.B. King Blues Club, the Swamp Donkeys can get anyone's foot tapping in a second with this feisty cover, but particularly the show's fans. It’s even dedicated to Ygritte!

Whatcha know about this, Jon Snow?!
