My son and his family live in Hawaii. They use many social apps to share picture and videos. I miss being able to watch my 2 beautiful grandchildren grow up. I would like to keep in touch easier and where ever i am. It would help me so much and help make up all the time i lose by not being able to be there.

Hi Ellen, I am a civilian defense employee currently deployed in Kuwait. I try to get back to my room each day to see your show. I really enjoy watching how you truly surprise and just make people's day, and life in many cases. I was just trying to get to your site to apply for the samsung phones being given away. Unfortunately we get the program a day or so behind it's airing in the states and there miss opportunities to win prizes. I think it would be awesome for you to provide something for the military or civilians deployed here to reassure them they are not forgotten. I just recently returned home on emergency leave and it was somewhat disheartening that the average American did not even have any concern that the US was still at war on their behalf - they just take their freedom for granite. Most of our troops deployed here have volunteered to serve and ultimately give their life, so helping them to know they are not forgotten would be deeply appreciated. While I do understand you can't provide something for them all, perhaps a visit or shout out, or something small could keep them motivated. I really would appreciate your response or anything you can do to support our deployed members, not me. I will get joy seeing them appreciated.

I loved you as the host. You made the show more entertaining...I actually watched the whole things and didn't want to fast forward through any of it, for fear I might miss something you did. I am only disappointed about one thing..I would like to enter to win the Note 3 and the link you have above ^^ is broken and you don't have anything on your facebook page about it.

I enjoyed everything, except the pizza idea. I don't find it a healthy food, and being shown at such a big event to millions of viewers encourages them to eat even more pizza. Otherwise, Ellen is naturally born and fit to host the Oscars!

Best Oscars Hostess ever see. I laugh a lot...Ellen you are so special person. The photos were the best because they were so spontaneous; happiness was radiating from everyones faces; and the Pizza idea was Superrrrr... Next day program was ¡EXCELENTE! Be blessed Ellen and thanks for just being you...
