Dear Ellen,

I am writing this letter to you for my grandmother Suzanne. She and I both love your show a lot that we watch it everyday. You are the funniest person ever. Anyways, My grandmother had a disease called Crohn's. About two years ago my grandmother had to have surgery on her stomach because all of the pain she was having. She was in a nursing home for 4 months and in and out of the hospital for about 1 ½ yr. I was home alone for 4 months taking care of our two dogs and the house. One day while I was at work, my neighbor came to my work to come and pick me up and bring me to the hospital. She told me that my grandmother wasn't doing do good at all. When we got to the hospital we had to wait in the family waiting room until the doctor called us all into a little conference room to talk to us about my grandmother. He was telling us that there was no chance for her that she was going to die because all of her insides had shut down completely and she had total brain damage. So Later my grandmother's room there were 9 people in there to say good bye to her. And while we were all saying good bye she died. But then something happened that I will never forget. SHE CAME BACK! It was a miracle and no one not even the doctor could believe his eyes. He thought that it was impossible for her to come back with nothing wrong. No brain damage or anything, everything was working like it was suppose too. Not only did all of that happen but my grandmother also had Cancer on her back that she had removed and and 1st Stage Cancer on her right lung and that was surgically removed as well. She is doing great from all of her surgeries. But after that with in the same year she had her surgery for her stomach, on September 1st, 2012 my boyfriend and I were in a terrible car accident. I was hurt worse then he was. He had bump on the head from hitting his head on the steering wheel and a hurt leg, but I had a sprained ankle, a burn on my neck to my left breast from the seat belt, and a big bruise on my right side from the seat belt as well. We were in the hospital for 4 hrs getting tested and thank God it was only miner bruising. Between my grandmother having surgeries and being in and out of the hospital so much and me getting in an accident it put us so far behind in bills. We have been trying to sell things for extra spending cash. But it is never enough. One more thing, my grandmother had 5 kids, 3 boys and 2 girls. But sadly she lost both of her oldest boys 20 years apart. My uncle Billy went first on February 15th, 1991. He was killed in a terrible car crash. Then on April 5th, 2011 my uncle Donnie was killed at work. He work for the Gatlinburg, Tennessee Water Treatment Plant. It would be mine and my grandmother's dream to meet you in person but we don't do airplanes.
