Hello Ellen
I just wanted to let you know that I am a big fan of your show. I have been since I was about 10 years old. Your show has helped me through some hard times in my life and being a foster kid there have been a lot of them. I lost my job right after Christmas and I have no job and no car and I'm barely paying my rent right now. I have no money to get one, so getting this car would be really great and would help me so much. But thank you so much for being the great wounderful women that you are. Thank you for being such an inspiration to everybody in the world.

Dear Ellen,
Watching your show got me through some long days while in the hospital not me, but my best friend (my husband). I couldn't wait until 4:00 rolled around so I could watch your show. My husband had prostate cancer surgery which had spread to his lymph nodes 69 nodes were removed. The 7 days in the hospital were long long days, away from are two kids felt so unnatural. We are lucky we live in Minnesota and 45 minutes from MAYO CLINIC. We had a doctor that was what I consider a rock star. So thank-you for the laughter & smiles through such a difficult and uncertain time in are life. THANK-YOU.

Hi Ellen I almost feel guilty trying to win the car it seems as if there are so many people in need much worse then me but I would really like to try my husband has to drive a long distance 6 days a week right now we do not own a car that is real reliable so he stays in his car 5 nights a week just so he won't miss being at work he I think really deserves to have a good car but we do not have the money to get one, anyway I do understand that there are people much more in need but I do hope you will consider us, I love watching your show HAPPY belated Birthday

Ellen,
You are the sweetest person I gave watched your comedy and show for years now. You have helped so many people out there from houses to bills. There seems to be so many in need these days and you are at least trying to help. I know how it feels to need but I have two healthy boys, a fairly decent place to live and a vehicle that runs. Please keep doing what you can. We all love you. Barb

Dear Ellen
My brother lives in Virginia Beach. He is a quadriplegic. He suffered a broken neck diving in our back yard pool when he was 15 years old. He is now 51 years old. He works full time in Norfolk virginia. His specially equipped van has almost 200, 000 miles on it. It is literally held together by duct tape. The cost of a new vehicle is difficult, but the cost of having it specially equipped is prohibitive. I am so worried one day he is not going to make it home from work. He can't run the air conditioner or the van will overheat. His disability prevents him from sweating so this can be dangerous. He needs a new vehicle!
My family is very close. A year before my brothers accident my oldest sister died from a horseback riding accident. My other sister is a breast cancer survivor. She just found out she is 4 years cancer free!
My family will not be happy I am writing to you, but I dont care my brothers safety is too important. A new vehicle would mean everything to him. He could then have it equipped with a lift and hand controls so he can get to work safely. Driving gives hime a sense of independence.
Thank you for your consideration
Concerned little sister

Happy Monday Ellen and all. I'm watching as you are giving the Shepherd Family a new Mazda 3 and the 10,000. You are amazing. You make people so happy and help them in so many ways. I have a 1998 Plymouth Carivan and it is broke down more than it runs. Really love to win New Mazda 3. Loved your commercial during the Super Bowl. Love you Ellen!!!!

Hello Ellen. I'm writing you to tell you about the most wonderful person in my life. My father is turning fifty today (Feb. 3) and it is only by the grace of God that he is here today. In 2007 he was diagnosed with Hotchkins and NonHotchkins lymphoma. He was told over and over that he wasn't going to live. They told him less than three years ago that he wouldn't see fifty. They were wrong. My dad fought hard and stayed positive through it all. Cancer didn't take his life, but it took his career, his house, his vehicle, and finally his wife. He now spends all his time and money helping me raise my three boys while I am attending school to become a teacher. He drives an old suburban. The heat doesn't work. It has horrible gas mileage and takes about $100 to fill it up. He would kill me for doing this but Ellen he needs a reliable car that is good on gas. His parents and siblings live 500 miles away and he can't go see them in his truck. He deserves it. He has dIone so much for me and so manyothers. I know it is a lot to ask. He loves your show a

I'm watching you give the boy (with brain cancer) money, and a new car. I've written many times, needing a car and/or money. Yes, I need both, but I am 56 years old and have pretty much done everything. Keep changing peoples lives. Happy birthday!

I have enjoyed seeing the way others enjoy this game. Sadly my tablet isn't compatible for that app. I will be purchasing the card game when I get the chance. Love to see Kate McKinnon, she is my favorite on SNL. My favorite guest is Sophia Velgara. So this weeks shows are going to be great. Oh! can't forget my other

I so need a new car! Mine has been broken down for 4 months now,and I'm tired of walking everywhere, and not getting to places I'd love to go,because of the transportation problem. I have a broken down Nissan Senta(02),and have never owned a Mazda. I would love to win this. Please pick me,because I need this so badly!! I am on Social security, and can't afford to fix my car. My husband is on disability, and it takes everything we have just to pay the bills. (The basic needs). Thank you.
