Did Ellen talk about great moments from our state in the north? I don't know, Alaska.

Hi Ellen, I'm so happy you mentioned the Alaska State. My brother and his family lives there. I visited them 2 years ago for my niece's wedding,I was in Anchorage and I liked it you can see all the beauty of the nature around the city. It would be amazing if you visit the city one day. You can make hundreds of people smile just because you visit them. :)

Ellen,

Good news...I live in Alaska!! It gets better...I share this grand holiday with my birthday. I know what you're thinking right now...Could she be any cooler?? So, what I think needs to happen is this: Guest host from Alaska day. Right? right. So give me a jingle, we'll discuss this fancy idea of mine! You won't be disappointed. Nor will your guests!!

Dear Ellen,
I just wanted to thank you for putting aside some time on your show to recognize Alaska Day. I was born and raised in Sitka where we celebrate Alaska Day from getting out of school early, participating in the rainy parade, as well as watching the reenactment of how Alaska became a state.
Sitka is the only place in Alaska that celebrates this day! I go to college up in Anchorage now and when I wished everyone a happy Alaska Day, they had no idea what I was talking about.
I mean, people still think we live in igloos up here! Now, people think we're all about gold, fishing, and what state troopers have to deal with.
I am a proud Alaskan and I hope you can visit this state one day to see for yourself.
Happy Alaska Day Ellen!

Hi Ellen, I went to Alaska last year on a Carnival Cruise. I took my granddaughter for her high school graduation and 18th birthday. Alaska is incredibly beautiful and the people were all very friendly. We had a great time. You should visit Alaska sometime. Also I love you and your show. You are incredible.

Love Margaret
