Hi Ellen! My husband's aunt was in the original movie. She was what they called a "Lilliputian, meaning she was tiny, but in perfect proportion. She played one of the ballerinas in munchkin land. She was the one on the end who blew a kiss to Judy Garland. This wasn't in the script, but when they shot the scene, she added it impromptu and the directors kept it. She went on to act in other movies like the The Terror of Tiny Town. I know right? Crazy! My mother-law who was her sister, has her original autograph book with signatures from Judy and all the other characters!
