Adoptable Pets of the Week

Chester Cheetah
Handsome, sweet and communicative? Yes, Chester Cheetah is a dream boy, a 4-year-old buff and white tabby cat who loves to snuggle, purr and “chat” via some very cute meows. Chester Cheetah is good with other cats, or he’d be great as the only kitty. Either way, Chester will bring a lot of love and joy to his new home.

Chloe is one cool girl! This gorgeous, 2-year-old pit bull terrier is medium energy, so she’s playful, but also likes to take time to snuggle with her favorite person… you! Chloe enjoys dips in the kiddie pool, walks, and playing with most other dogs, once she’s been properly introduced. With her always-wagging tail and sweet kisses, Chloe is bound to put a smile on your face every day.

Lovey is a love, and just about perfect to boot! This sweet, gentle cat gets along with humans and felines alike, and would do best in a home with one or two cats. Lovey enjoys sitting in high places and watching the world go by. She patiently waits to be approached, and then is very affectionate in her own, quiet way. If you're looking for a mellow cat who will fit right into your home like she's always been there, Lovey is your girl.

This sweet, affectionate boy likes to snuggle, but also enjoys playing with a ball and taking a turn on the agility course. Rescued from a Los Angeles shelter, Piston gets very excited whenever people come to see him. Asking him to sit first helps curb his enthusiasm. He gets along with other dogs, and especially likes to roughhouse with them. Piston is much calmer when you spend one-on-one time with him. Could you be the one?

Dear Ellen, I love you for what you do for people and animals.... I'm sorry I'm hitting you up so urgently.... But could you please check out this story of " Free Kerser"? He doesn't have much time and it has to do with Australia's BSL policy. I know you were there recently, so maybe you can help save the lives of many innocent animals. I know you have so much on your plate, but you're the only person I could think of that might actually help. Wish I could do you Ellen, you're the best there is!!!!!
