Thanks so much for those helpful tips Dr. Neal Barnard.
I have been having problems with sleeping for the past
two weeks. Partly because I've been anxious. And drinking
a cup of caffeinated coffee everyday is not helping. So I'm
switching to decaffeinated and I'm going to practice using
your tips for sleeping.

Also, Ive been eating pastries just about everyday lately.
I'm switching to yummy raspberry brownies :^) Plus..I'm
going to start eating more of the other foods that you
mentioned.

Ellen will your show still be on in about 10 years? I so much want to see one of your shows live and bring my daughter with me. But the problem is she lives in NY and I live in Tennessee so I figure if I start saving now for the both of us we could probably make it in 10 years so please don't get your show canceled or anything. We just love your show and it would be a dream come true for us. My husband doesn't need to come, just us two women. love you!!!!!!
