Given that Mother's Day is next Sunday, I'm probably too late but I would like to ask anyway if there is a chance to win tickets for the first time Mother's Day show. My wife and I have been trying to get pregnant for three & half years through the in vitro process, last week we heard our baby's heartbeat for the first time. As of Friday she is 8 weeks pregnant. My wife loves your show and would love make this a part of her very special year. She has went through a lot for this moment, lots of shots, medications, and mental anguish. Of course it will all be worth it come December when our baby is born. Thank you for your consideration!
Hi Ellen! Thank you so much for the opportunity to nominate my daughter-in- law Erin Jensen for the first time expecting Mothers Day show. She has been the host of everybody elses baby showers and was beginning to think they would never be blessed with a baby of their own. She is a professional dog walker and works very hard. I think she deserves to be treated like a queen. We have two other family members battling cancer we need something to lift our spirits. Thanks so much for the smiles you bring to me every time I watch your show. What an inspiration you are!
I want to nominate my sister Christi Enes for the Mother's Day show. We just found out she is expecting her first child in November on this year. This baby was not planed by my sister & her husband, but it's most definitely a blessing in disguise. The crazy part in all of this is our father was diagnosed with stage four stomach cancer in February of 2013 which was also the month my sister got pregnant and on top of it all my sister is due on November 12, 2013 & our fathers birthday is November 9, 2013. This baby was more than meant to be its the miracle my father needed to give him the fight to beat his cancer. Please please consider my sister for this opportunity she has been through so much stress & heartache in the last few months!
Hi Ellen,
I'm writing about my cousin Liandra. She is 23, and just recently found out she was 35 weeks pregnant! She had no idea until a couple weeks ago, and now only has until her due date of May 15th to prepare. She's so confident and escited about being a mom, and I'm just not sure it's sunk in yet how hard this will be, even though she has an amazing mother and boyfriend to help. Could you please invite her to your Mother's Day show? She's just such a high spirited, loving young woman who deserves to give her son the whole world without having to stress over last minute details. Will you please help?!? I'll love you either way though, because you da man!! :-) Blessings,

We hit the BOGO special in Las Vegas (with a "special- specialist") after years of infertility problems! We're expecting TWINS!! We now have a lifetime of bills and loans but a lifetime of LOVE on the way! I've thrown baby showers for years for every pregnant friend in my world - but having a chance to be a part of your awesome baby shower would be another miracle in my life! Thanks for your consideration and Thank YOU for bringing so much happiness into the world!
Hi Ellen
I would like you to consider my 28 year old daughter for the mother's day show. This is her first child. My daughter Amber is a very kind and giving person, Amber and her husband Jacob work very hard and most of the time she works two jobs to help make ends meet. I am very proud of her and the wonderful women she has become.
Thank-you
A very proud mother

Ellen Team - I don't know if I can compete with most of the wonderful, heartfelt words being said on your comment board. However, please know that it would be amazing to be part of your Mother's Day show. An Austin, TX native, I am nearing the end of my first trimester of my first pregnancy - first grandchild all around - and can't wait to tell Peanut how not only was the whole family excited about his or her impending arrival, but Ellen was too! Happy Friday and best of luck in all things.
Hi Ellen,
Again....I want to express why I hope you will consider my wife for your Mother's Day Show. First of all, her sweetness is matched by her beauty. She has a smile that lights up the room, and she can 'get down' with the best of 'em. My particular favorite, 'the microwave,' is a dance move that can not be described in writing. You HAVE to see this first hand!!
My wife, Meghan, has made every sacrifice for me over the last 6 years of our relationship and I really just want to do something really special for her as we prepare for our first child together. This experience would certainly put my other ideas to shame. She has essentially moved across the country, away from our families, as a move that would help MY career aspirations. We have made Ellen a regular part of our daily process for a reason. Ellen makes us realize that we are bringing our daughter into a world that is lucky enough to have people like Ellen on it. For every news report on the Boston Marathon incident, there is another that shows to very best of our humanity. Regardless if Meghan is lucky enough to attend the show or not, we will continue Ellen's mission to "be kind to one another."

Hi Ellen,
I am not pregnant, but my daughter, affectionately known as 'the dancing queen' is. At 29 she is a first time mom who has taken a leave from teaching. She called today to say she had been trying for some time to get tickets to your Mother's Day Show. Love your show; my sister and her partner were at a taping in Feb. Out of 4 kids, I was the only straight one. Even the fraternal twins are gay; talk about a show.....
Anyhoo, this pregnant lady can dance! And if she can get on the show I will also get to have her with me on my Mother's Day as she doesn't live in the area at present. A ticket would be such a special gift and lovely blessing to us both. Thank you
Hello Ellen,
I would love for you to consider a place in your Mother's Day show audience for my beautiful daughter-in-law, Anisha. She is pregnant with my first grandchild, due August 11th. I am over the moon excited about this baby and volunteered to give her a baby shower. The next day at work I found out that I am to be furloughed for 3 months starting in May. I am a Head Start teacher who is feeling the pain of the sequestration cuts. I haven't found another job and fear that I won't be able to give a baby gift, let alone a shower. It would be a dream come true for me if Anisha was selected for the audience of this special event. She is the best daughter-in-law a mother-in-law could ask for and I couldn't love her more if she was my own. Please consider her.
Pam
