It is hard to enter your contests and giveaways... I click on a link and have to go to another link and another .... I dont understand why it is so difficult to enter... I know there is a lot of people who would like to get free prizes... but this is ridiculous... thank you for your time and support... Here in Alaska is hard living and some relief would be welcome... Ellen my day wouldn't be complete without watching you you make me smile even on my worst day. I would like to nominate my caregiver for the 12 days or maybe even a chance to be at one of your shows. She is an amazing person, she is always doing for others and she will go without to help out someone else. She has been taking care of me for almost 4 years and without her (and you) i dont think i could have made it thru my liver disease treatment in addition to my many other disabilities. I am wheelchair bound and she does EVERYTHING for me. Without her i would not b able to make it day to day. She works for a agency but with all of the medicaid cutbacks her hours have been reduced to 24 hours. but that doesnt matter to her she moved into my home to be there for me 247 im not the easiest person to take care of im only 45 and have been disabled since 1993 and health issues have deterioated but she still stays up late nights and early mornings just to make sure i have everything i need. She does my breathing treatments makes all of my meals she also does all of my heigene for me as well. She said it didnt matter that her hours were cut its about taking care of my needs and thats worth more than getting paid. Its about doing what right. When you say be knd to oe another well thats her she doest have a mean bone in her body and is the most caring person i have ever known. If she sees someone in need she does what ever she can to help them, she does fundraising drives, yard sales makes things what ever she can to try and earn money or get things for people in need. This year for christmas instead of getting gifts she wanted to make sure others had them and out of her own pocket she went and did your toy drive at wallgreens and wil give her last dollar to help someone. She has rescued multiple animals, paid for all their shots and neutering all out of her own pocket and then found good homes for them (we have 4 rescues already) she gives and gives and i know its hard work to take care of me, the house cleaning cooking all my meals she is just amazing. She always has such a high spirit that you cant help but smile when she is around. Bu as of lately the only car we had broke down for the 4th time n only 2 mnths that we had it. So now even in the snow and rain she s to the store for my medications at the pharmacy shopping for groceries aything that is necessary. yet still has a smile on her face and a kindness that just melts my heart. Its been a very hard year this year as with so many others but if i could have just one wish it would be for her to be entered in the 12 days giveaway. and if i know her she will probabaly give 99% to others she think needs it more. but with her having her income cut to less than half of what she was getting yet still puts in 12 plus hours a day to make sure im taken care of and helping others her bills have gotten the best of her she even had to miss the birth of her only (child) her daughter grandchild this year, and when we thought we would be able to finally go and see her in ca (13 hours away)she packed up the van got everything ready and left at 3 am just to drive 33 miles and the van broke down and after it going into the shop 3 more times it continued to break down and now we have none. Her daughter is her only child she can have due to medical reasons at 25 she had a close call and almost lost the fight of her life and ended up having to have a hysterectomey and could o longer have children and with her daughter she almost lost her so she calls her her miracle baby and now shecan't see her or her granddaughter it just breaks my heart to know that all she does is good things in er life and its like things just keep happening and she can't catch a break ya know. she has started a nonprofit org for our community so she can try and help even more people but now without a car she cant go out and do all the things she would like to do to work and get the org started she was cleaning houses for extra money and even cleaning some of them for free to the elderly who just cant get around like they used to. Ellen it would mean the world to me if we could go to one of your shows and for her to meet ou you are her idol and wishes she could do for others like you do. Her newest endevor is she hasn't cut her hair in 4 years because she wanted to donate to locks of love and as a joke she said hey it would be so cool if ellen could cut my hair and sh would know how to get it to locks of love. ellen she is a kindred spirit and she looks up to you so much and it would be a dream come true to have her meet you and i think you would agree that she has a heart of gold and always has such a high spirit she always says if its meant to beit will happen and ill get through it, others have it worse than i do.
Ellen please read this and if its meant to be for her to meet you it would make her LIFE and i know that without you to watch each day for a smile and a laugh and her to make surethat i have what i need and takes such great care of me and so many others it would be a truely dream come true thank you for your time and all of the smile and laughs back to you that you give to so many. YOu are a true insiration to so many and the world needs more people like you and heres to a dance (in my wheelchair) to you for a amazing new year and i hope for 10 plus more seasons for you . Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Ronald W. Lounsbury. nominating melissa cole for even a phone call, a skype or oovoo or a dream to come to a taping of your show would be just a dream come true for us both. (208-365-7198) 605 s commercial avenue #1 emmett idaho 83617 Jeannie has ben here to idaho not that far away and if the swaggon waggon appeared at our door i think we migh both just feel like we were blessed. I know i am blessed to have her in my life she is a kindred spirt and i just know you would feel the same if you were to meet her as well. Thank you for being you because i know for a hour a day she will sit down and watch the show together so we can both just smile and laugh and forget about the sadness for at least an hour( sometimes thats the ONLY time she will stop and sit is JUST for your show and if we cant see it we tape it EVERY day. All our love and have a blessed new year for you and all your family.Sincerely Ronald Lounsbury

Dear Ellen,

My wife really deserves something good and special to happen to her in her life, she has raised 10 kids, mine and ours, she is a great mother to all of them, she has been sick her entire life, she has lupus, ms, fibromyalgia, she has has had cancer 3 times, she has at least 10 other illnesses to many to write as I want to summariaze, she gives her last dollar to anyone who may need it, she is a hero in my eyes and I feel so bad that I cannot provide her with any extras that she may need, she is raising her 2 young cousins without any support from anyone other than myself, she is raing tham as her own they are 7 and 10 and she feels so bad she cannot supply them with more than love. she is a martyr she will go without so someone else is taken care of, she is one of a kind, if you could just supply her with one great day in her life that would be fantastic, she feels she was just meant to be poor and she has accepted it, she feels she was meant to suffer with all her medical problems and yet she always shes the silver lining in every cloud, she never allows anyone to see the pain she is in physically or mentally, she is one of a kind and trully deserves something good in her life. My phone number is 937-718-7983. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Hi Ellen! I watch ur show as often as I can. I am a single mother of three children. their fathers dont want anything to do with them and their grandmother (my mom) died in 2000 while I was pregnant with my daughter. my moms best friend used to step in as a grandmother for them but she past away a few weeks ago after a long struggle with her kidneys. I am disabled and because the kids are 12, 17, 18 share your christmas wont help with christmas. I fighting to get my disability because of heart problems and more. so i only get 256.00 a month to live on. that barely pays utilities. so I no this is a far out chance but could you help them at least get a game system of some kind or something so they will not go without this christmas. well thank you for listening anyways and God bless you all. Love your show. My daughter loves watching you especially when you have justin on and one direction. she is a major fan of theirs. anyways love you Ellen. love evelyn.

Ellen, Happy Holidays! You are great, I guess many people have told you, you inspire them. And yes you are inspiring, but I wanted to let you know that I have watched you since I had my son Sebastian on Nov 20th. I had post-partum depression, and you and your show cheered me up when I needed the most, and that in so wonderful, SMILING is the cure for all. So please continue making people smile just like you have done with me.
Some day you must do a show for Post partum depression awareness. Nobody really knows about this, you have to go thru it to understand it.

I hope love, happiness and positive energy always fill your life.

With love from
Juan, Sebastian and Beatriz.
