I love to watch your show. I tape it on and off as I work long hours. I love what you do for people. I have tried helping people all my life and I get a high from it. I can not do that this year as I am making about $15,000 a year less and no Holiday pay. I am Thankful I have a job but it has put me in a sad mood for Christmas and the outlook of everything. I feel for people that have nothing. Sad year for Christmas and the world and all the people that have lost loved ones. Thank you for helping so many people. You are the best....

Hi Ellen,
I can't tell you how much I love your show. We had our baby girl in May of 2011 and I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in November of 2011. I was 23 years old. I had to quit my job before the diagnosis because of symptoms of double vision (hello, no driving), numbness in my extremities, mouth, eyes, neck, plus a whole range of other problems from seizures and heat intolerance to difficulty swallowing or speaking. Needless to say, I don't leave the house very often. I've tried to get a babysitting job or other work where I don't have to go too far from home but its been pretty impossible. Your shows brings me a few laughs everyday.
Please don't get me wrong,mi love my life and I feel blessed. At 24 years old, my husband and I love each other more than ever and are going on four years of marriage, we have a beautiful, healthy baby girl, solid, dependable vehicles and a wonderful house. But things aren't easy. Between putting up with my symptoms and helping with chores, my husband works a difficult job and travels an hour round trip. If I could get a job that would help may insurance and get the credit cards and medical bills paid off, we would have things so much easier and stress free. For heavens sake, I'm 24 years old and using a cane :) but life is great and we are blessed. Beings included in the 24 days giveaway would be such a wonderful gift!!
Merry Christmas!!

Ellen, I would congratulate you on another great show but I missed it. Some very important stuff came across my desk so I stayed to finish it. Then, I had to go to the store and, naturally, it was extremely busy. When I got home, I had to clean up the disaster that my puppy created again. Then, I had to feed the farm animals and collect the eggs. By the time I got in the house, it was over. I don't have a dvr so I have to catch the show when it's on. I hope I'm still in the running for some prizes.

I not greedy... I'm just broke and needy. Freak me out stress test my heart. All 12 days prizes. Or is it 13-14-15. If I could win all the prizes for all the days I'd be the coolest Grandmother ever. Don't forget me the little old lady in Mankato, Minnesota. 58 make my 59th birthday in January the best start for the next 58. I'm Oprah and John Travolta's age. I just don't and won't ever have their money and I don't envy them at all. My little old TV is so little I can't read the names on my screen. A nice recliner from Lazy Boy is my dream. I take my grandchildren swimming at the Y to the parks and other free fun events at the library and other places. When we come home we ride bikes or go for a walk. All your gifts and toys really would make it a dream come true. We could actually be able to rent and watch a real movie.
Mankato is the summer training camp for the Minnesota Vikings. Home to Glen Taylor the owner of the Timberwolves and the Lynx and Taylor Corporation. A very kind generous man to the Y and No. Mankato Taylor library and of course MSU from sports arena to the nursing program on and on. The charity I would give to if I had the money is Vine Interfaith. They bought it for one dollar. They are fixing to put in a gym and equipment for seniors like me, also a heated wading pool. It's only ten blocks from my house so I can waddle their till I lose 50pds that I've gained since my ankle replacement, back surgery, bi-lateral metatarsal fusion, surgery on left hand. Still need to do right hand. Also need left knee replaced to match the right. Right shoulder repair 2010. Left has tears but has to get in line. I can't do shallow end aerobics because of the damage to feet and joints.
Factories 7 days a week 12 hours a day. Army Reserves for 4 years SP4-E4. Switched box cars on CNW RR for 8 years. The last 20 years a janitor on a ever expanding campus. After my right knee replacement in 2005 I should have been given permanet ladder restrictions. I wasn't so all the damage is done. I want to be positively positive and enjoy the rest of my life. Go ahead "make my day". <3
