I love your show first of all. I would like for once in my life time to win your 12 days of Christmas. I am always trying are these for real? I want to thank you for allowing your show to be on and I watch it everyday hoping you will call me. My mother passed away last year and I can't get over her passing. I am also disabled so on a limited income cannot afford to buy anything for Christmas for my grandchildren nor my daughter and son=in=law. I feel terrible, I can hardly afford to feed myself! How can I get into your give-aways?

Hi Ellen, I watch your show a lot and I love you. You are by far the best show host ever. You are so good to everyone it is nice to see the smiles you put on peoples faces. I am writing to you for my self. Others have written to you about me and heard nothing back. I am a 54 year old woman that has lost everything. I lost my daughter May 7, 2013 she was my only child. Our house caught fire August 11, 2013 killing my dog I had for 13 years and burning my husband. On October 15, 2012 my husband passed away from complication from diabetes. He had lost his vision 2 years before this and was also on dialysis. I had a nervous breakdown and had to go on disability retirement. Putting me on a fixed income which I get I get once a month. I struggle but I make it. I have nothing extra for care repairs. I drive a 1994 Pontiac Bonneville. It has a lot of things wrong with it that I can not afford to fix. I have to see 3 doctors a month and one of the is 45 minute drive and another is an hour drive. I am so scared to take off afraid I will break down. I know you help people out that really need it and Ellen honest I have no other way so I am asking if you could help me. It would make me the happiest person in the world if you could. I have never been a beggar but if I break down I will lose it all together. With out making it to my doctors I get no check to live. Please Ellen consider me if you go to do a car give away. I will forever be in debt to you. Thank you, for taking the time to read this. I have all the proof you need to back up my story. Sincerely, Renita Rogers.

I love your show! I would like to ask you to please do a show honoring those who give the gift of life by donating bone marrow. My daughter suffers from ALL (acute lympthoblastic leukemia) she received her transplant on the 4th of July this year. They call this a second birthday. She still is fighting her battle, like so many others, it is so important to encourage everyone to become a donor.

Thank you Alice

I look forward everyday to Ellen's! show coming on. She always has great guests on and her generosity to so many pteople is so inspirational. My favorite moments are her time with Sophia Grace and Rosie. They fill my heart with joy everytime they are on. I lost my son a year and a half ago(he was the oldest of four) and he knew how much I loved watching you. Having your show to look forward to has helped me get through my grief and huge loss as he was also my best friend. Thank you Ellen for helping to make my days a lot better for being a part of my daily life. You are a beautiful human being who deserves all the best in your life

Dear Ellen,
I watch your show every time I get a chance. I enjoy the diversity on your show. One of the most favorite things I enjoy is when you help schools. I was wondering if you can start something that I am unable to start, but has always lived in my heart...let me explain. Accepting people for who they are begins in schools at an early age. I believe schools should teach about different cultures at a young age. I am a white female and grew up in a small town in Alabama. "As a young child, I can remember going to church and singing "Jesus Loves the Children of the World." After Sunday school class, I would hear members of the church using racial slurs etc...It just didn't make sense to me. I joined the Army when I was 29 years old. The Army was so diverse and I loved meeting and learning about different cultures around the world. It was such an educational experience, and I was able to understand and respect people of all races and colors. When I left the military in 2005, I am around civilians more, and feel like I took a step back in time. I do not have the income or influence like you do to start something that would help children learn about these issues at a young age. I truly believe this would lessen the bullying issues. If there is anything you can do to start something like this please consider this! Love needs to be taught early in life! I love you Ellen and when I'm depressed I love to watch your show. You make me laugh and I truly love you because you are "real" and your heart is as genuine as they come. You are amazing and please continue what you are doing! If you took the time to read this, then Thank You!

I am totally awed at all the good Ellen does, on her show, in her life. She is a giving, caring individual in an industry that crushes those who are weak. I would like to thank her for lifting my spirits by doing what she does naturally.

I just want to take this time to thank you for lifting the spirits of so many people at one of the most stressful times of the year. Watching your show gives me a chance to sit down, put all my troubles behind me and just laugh along with one of the most amazing people on earth (Ellen). Thanks again for being you. Love Brett

Dear Ellen,
I watch your show every day! I love your show, it gives me hope and helps me get going throughout the day.

I lost my parent when I was young (very young). my grand parent raise me and my two sisters. we lose my grandmother and my little sister too.

seance the day I got job, I have been taking care of my grandfather, he is 83 now. I never finished my high school. Giving my grandfather three hundred dollars every month and five hundred dollars( each month $300 and $500 one time-300,300 and 500-300, 300 and 500) I have been supporting him seance I was 22, now I am 30 and I live in one bed room apartment, I don't have a car. There are days I feel like I am standing on the edge and I am going to fall. Just need a little push that I have never gotten from my parent or little break. Thank you

Love

Dear Ellen, I was hoping I would win a trip to the 12 Days of
Christmas. But so far nothing. So now I'll tell you my sad story. Starting with Feb. of this year, I was diagnosed with Breat Cancer. I had a Mastectomy on my right breast the end of March. Then in July I had to have another small operation. Then my daughter's car broke down and also my car started giving us trouble. Then in Sept. I got a kindey infection. In Oct. I got Vertigo and Tinnues. My daughter's car broke again. Then we had plumbing problems. My husband had to sell his truck to pay for the sewer repair. The washing machine started to act up. Also in Oct., the furnance broke down, the kitchen faucet hose started leaking. Then again the washing machine was not working right. Then in Nov. the kitchen faucet handle broke. I got another kindey infection, and the washing machine is still not working right, it takes all day to do laundry now because
the machine is'nt working right. Also our house is old, it was buildt in 1960... and it starting to fall apart around our ears. The roof leaks and we have cracks in the ceiling and cracks in the founation. And all this time I've been having trouble (pain) with my right knee. I got my cortizone shot in Dec. and all is good. So with all these problems and cost, with money we don't have it will be a sad Christmas for us, we can't afford to go to AZ. for Christmas with our sons and their families. So I will be so glad when this year is over. And next year we'll start out being healthy and happy. We love your show, you make us laugh and you do so much good for everyone.
Hope you have a Great Christmas and Happy New Year!
