Hello Ellen, I am in Pensacola Florida, and this past Thanksgiving in Mobile Alabama a 17 yr old, named Travis Hawkins almost killed Mallory Owens....the DA has let him out with 2nd asssault, there is no hate crime in Alabama...this girl was inches away from death...not sure what you can do except help us implement a hate crime law in
Alabama and find a way to put this young man behind bars and off the streets of society. Thank you for your time, you make us proud.
