Dear Ellen, I wanted to let you know I have a cat that also peed on bedding, etc. Figured out this would happen when his litter box was not clean enough. Like when I went out of town. So to remedy we either boarded him or put out extra litter boxes. It has not ever happened again. Thought maybe you could tell Jennifer cause another cat would not be better while she travels, it might be worse.

Firs, sorry for my english, I'm french from Québec city in Canada. I've been watching your shows (even your sitcom) for many years. I'm a cat lover too.
I'm writting you regarding Jennifer's cat. She should be aware that sometimes this kind of behavior (piing on the bed)...it could also mean that the cat is insecure and if it could get worse and it could come as an illness that they called «interstitielle cystisis» (even human can have this illness), it's a problem with the bladder (la vessie)...
Since there are no way to treat this illness it can get worse and worse...so I think that having another cat, could be a really good idea...
