You earned it hopefully its not the final season of PBS tv IT wont be by my Presidential vote Even though Mitt is a fellow Mormon. As an End Stage Renal Disease patient and surviving on Medicare at 58 years of age I cant vote for a man that would pull the plug on my lifeline and that of thousands of others that depend on healthcare assistance from the government to survive.
Ellen I have a great respect for your wit humor and general kindness you provide to many folk. Your show is a nice part of the day when im in Dialysis chair for 4 hours You to get my mind off me and my challenges Thanks for the past 3 years of help with a smile and the tease it brings me joy and a bit of hope for a good future..
Just wanted to say CONGRATS, ELLEN!! I completely enjoyed the show. And I know you've heard this time and again--but you were my strength when I was going thru chemo. You made me laugh, smile and you gave me hope. My kids made up the living room so I could watch you on a big screen tv. I am a survivor now. You had a lot to do with it! I thank you. God bless you and I thank Him for you.

ELLEN! I watched you receive the Mark Twain Award tonight and it was more than deserving to a person who really does give her heart and soul to her fans! I have been inspired by you to reach higher and support the masses who speak up and are counted and don't settle for less than but more than! Thank-you for keeping a door open for your friends,(if i may say so) and not closing your eyes to the people who open their hearts to you... you are an inspiration! I will continue to dance because you ask me to and i will continue to believe because you told me "I was worth it!" Thank-you for never giving up and never letting go... your heart was always in the right place!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
I just watched the PBS special! Ellen deserves every award and/or prize they can throw at her! She is so very special. So very funny, kind, smart, loving, thoughtful and incredibly humble. I could go on and on. There is just no one like her. Her wit, her charm, simply amazing! Thank you so very much for making my day a whole lot brighter. Laughter, there is nothing better. I truly hope you are as happy as you seem because you deserve it. You deserve the world.

You have a big fan touring the country in a RV. You should have one of your researchers look into having her on your show as she is a former recruiter now helping the unemployed by giving secrets to getting hired. Her goal is to help 1 million people get hired. Her website is AbsolutelyAbby.com. She has a book out and has been on TV and she talks about how much of an inspiration you, Ellen, are to her.
