I really don't want to sound mean but Ellen looks much better than Madonna. Ellen looks so fresh-faced and lovely and Madonna, unfortunately, does not. She is amazing as a performer (and very pretty) but she is starting to, in my opinion, look hard.

I have the following question. Do you know how long it takes untill the episode of your show with Madonna visiting you will be broadcasted overhere in the Netherlands? Do you by any chance have the exact date of it? I really do not want to miss that particular episode. I'm a huge fan of Madonna, and I recently found out on the internet that she's has been at your show.

I just spent a very enjoyable hour in front of the TV watching Ellen and Madonna - both extremely entertaining women! I don’t remember the year (30 years ago?) but I was recuperating from a broken hip and just happened to catch a virtually unknown Madonna on AMERICAN BANDSTAND. I was struck by her seemingly effortless dance moves as well as her singing. I told my cousin that we would be seeing a lot more of her, and lo and behold. My cousin was less impressed - an error which he now readily acknowledges.
