When Rosie's person passed away, she lost her home, her human companion and her other best friend, a nice, big dog! But since arriving at Best Friends, Rosie has already overcome her initial shyness and has shown that she's ready to make new friends. She'll come right up to meet you and lean into your hand for petting!
Born in 2004, Rosie tests positive for FIV. Many people don't realize that FIV positive cats can live long, healthy lives and it's very hard for other cats to catch. Rosie misses having a home and family of her own. She's the kind of kitty who really needs somebody to love and would welcome feline or canine friends, too. Could you be the one to give this sweetheart a second chance?

Atmosphere is such a happy, easygoing boy that he's a favorite "play date" for other dogs at Best Friends! This handsome young dog also loves people, toys and life. He's delighted to show off his skill at sitting on command, and eager to learn new things.
Born in 2010, he was found as a stray and came to the Sanctuary from an Arizona shelter. In good health, he's a wonderful dog -- though he is learning not to jump up on people to show his affection.
If you adopt Atmosphere, he promises to fill your home with joy and love for years to come
