I am the biggest Twilight fan!
I first saw the Twilight movie in January of 2009. My family was going through a rough patch, and I had made the difficult desicion to quit volunteering at my favorite wildlife park after eight years. (Which for me was torture!I love animals!) Ever since I can remember, I knew that I'd be working with the animals there. But I had been unable to get hired there. I couldn't stop thinking about the animals, and missing them. I was exhausted and just needed to distract my mind with something else. I had seen a movie advertised on TV that looked interesting (Twilight) though I'd never really been a fan of vampires. So, I invited my brother to come along with me, expecting to see some scary vampire movie.
After the movie, I was hooked! And it worked to distract my mind away from my depression, just that quick. You might even say that Twilight really saved me! After that, I ended up reading all the books. (It took me four months.) I liked to take my time, reading one chapter each day, so I could soak it all up!
Then I began writting my own book. I'm still in the process. It's not about vampires, but takes place in a zoo.

Hi Ellen. I enjoy your show very much and want to make a suggestion regarding music. I live in Florida and sing with a Sweet Adeline chorus called the Toast of Tampa Show Chorus. I think it would be wonderful if you would at some point feature some very good a capella/barbershop type music on your show. You always have such great music and this is a wonderful art form. So, I can't imagine you paying to bring 100 women from Florida for your show, so am suggesting another award-winning chorus that is just down the road from you. Their name is the Harborlites Show Chorus, based in Anaheim and their web site is www.harborlites.org They are a wonderful chorus and would really do you proud. I hate to recommend another chorus to you other than mine, but the reality is they would be easier to bring to your studio than the Toast of Tampa. If you would like more information regarding the Sweet Adeline organization, their web site is www.sweetadelineintl.org. Our international competition will happen next week in Denver, CO, and then in 2013 in Honolulu, HI. Thank you so much and I will be watching you for many years, I hope.
