Ellen, you are amazing. You help so many people and you bring tears to my eyes many times. Not many people listen or care about the little people of the world like you do. This means so much to so many people. Thank you for helping all these people. Some times I dream of a day when I may have peace of mind in my life, but don't think that will happen. I lost 2 husband's (one to brain tumor and one to lung cancer). It is so hard to watch them fade away and know there is nothing you can do but be there to support them. I miss them both and hurts to be alone now. God Bless you.

I really enjoyed this segment. I like the idea of the fun list with the family. I have a rare form of leukemia, Hairy Cell Leukemia, and your show really cheers me up. Sometimes there is not a lot of positive stuff on tv. I had chemo this summer and now I am in remission and am training to do a 1/2 marathon to raise funds for research for LLS. Thank you, Ellen, for the person you are and how you touch so many lives!!

Ellen, you are such a wonderful person. We don't realize how fortunate we are until we have heard other peoples troubles. Now I feel truly blessed, you have a way to make us forget our own problems. Keep on doing the great job that you do. Love your Show.

Dear Ellen,

The Fisher story was a very touching and hard to watch episode for me. I lost my mother 9 days before my 7th birthday to cancer. She too had a "bucket list" of things she wanted to do and see before she left this Earth. We went on several trips which I am very thankful for because those are the main memories I have of my Mother besides pictures and home videos that she recorded for the very purpose of having a capsule of those memories. I think that you are SUCH an amazing person in all that you do and all that you are. Allowing them to come on the show to share their story and enable the children to go to school and have anonymous people donate gifts that they will need for the future is such a selfless act and I truly admire you for that. I too am a lesbian and have only been married for 4 months but I appreciate so much how you show the world that gay people are good people too. Living in the South "Mississippi" most people see nothing but a sin. But you are proof that gay is okay and I truly love you for that.

Sincerely,

What a great story I have a 5 year old little boy that is fighting leukemia and its so breathtaking to see what Ellen does on her show. She's such a angel to give these people joy in such a hard time in there life. My sons face lights up when she comes on and I'm sure the family will be forever greatful for all the support. Believe it or not that's what helps us get through everyday support and hope . :-)

Ellen,
I saw this clip on one of your recent shows and girl I was a balling like a baby. Ya yacked at my heartstring. Maybe I was already emotional and didnt know it or maybe it was because mother nature was knocking at my door. I dont know... Thank you for being so comforting and kind to those in need. Lady E rocks the house. Thanks for the laughter and the tears... Some times you just gotta cry.... Makes the laughter that much better...

It was wonderful yet bittersweet seeing this family again, but what was the most inspirational was when you(Ellen) gave the anonymous gift. When someone does something not for other people to oooh & ahhh over them but to truly share from a generous heart touched me beyond belief today. By encouraging everyone to recognize that the world can be a better place if each person starts a little ripple, Jodi started a huge movement that I believe will eventually join with others of similar consciousness & become great wave. Thank you so much for sharing that today.

It reminded me, also, to stop regretting what I am no longer am able to do to help myself or others & instead focus on whatever I can do & be grateful for my blessings. Thank you again!

You see! This is EXACTLY what I am talking about! You inspired my wife and I to visit the kids at Shriner's Children's Hospital today! I just watched this show on my Dad's DVR and was so moved! We are going back very soon as well as visiting the University of Kentucky's Children's Hospital soon after the Holidays. We are trying to get the word out to HELP in some way! Below is our video from outside of the hospital due to no cameras being allowed inside. Included is our message! We gave out our Inspiration Angels to the Staff and the kids. The motto of the jewelry is "Spin the Wings & Remember your Blessings" Be thankful for something or someone! Thank YOU Ellen! YOU inspire us ALL! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNZMKT4n5S8&feature=plcp

I just lost dearest friends to a cancer. As a cancer survivor myself,I know what it means to survive. My message to everybody is to check your health yearly if you can't more often. If a cancer is caught on time there is a great chance to survive, because the reality is that no one doesn't feel a cancer, you just find out some day that you have one. Also, you need to find a way to be strong inside to go through it because a cancer don't like when you are not a fighter.
Dear family Fisher stay strong!
