Hi Ellen,Before i start anythng, i just want to say that God bless you soo much for all you are doing for your funs. Am a great fun of yours living in a city called Saskatoon in Saskatchewan in western Canada. I usually watch you on CTV Saskatoon and i make sure i never miss any of your show. one of your shows that touched me soo much is your mother's day giveaway for 1st time mom's who were still pregnant.I am an immigrant from Ghana west of africa and a mother of 3 who is pregnant with my 4th child and am due in september.I wished i could win some of the mother's day giveaways but dont know how to do that since am far away in Canada. Its my prayers 1 day, i can make it to your show with my family who make sure i watch every episode even if they also want to watch another programme.I hope my mail will touch you and i will get to win some of the mother's day giveaways to 1st time moms even though i am not a 1st time mom. Wow, bless you debi duke. I understand the loss of a son. I lost my eldest son 4 in a half years ago, but seems like yesterday. I still cry everyday. Mothers day is very hard but I have my younger son to live for so iI try to wake up everyday with a positive attitude even though my heart is forever broken. My younger son needs a stable mom. Happy mother's day to all moms.
My story is a little different than most - I lost my son in February of this year, the mother of his two children passed away 10 months before his death - They left behind a one year and a six year old - I had lost my daughter 8 years ago and she also left behind two children - This mothers day is going to be extremely hard with both my children gone - Going from a family of 4 to a family of 6 is hard enough - Mothers day should be a special day for all mothers - Mine is just going to be filled with sadness this year and many years to come!
I just found out my step daughter is pregnant with my 2nd grandchild. I lost my son at 3 years old and never got to have any more, or greantchildren. I should be over this since 1984, but it still breaks my heart. My Uncle has worked on many sets over the years, but maybe not yours.. I was going to move there when I was 18 and start a career in the movie business. His name is Bob Kush.. But I dated and met the man who I thought would make the man of my dreams.. little did I know a few years later our son would have died and we were done. I love the husband I am now with.,.. he has worked his whole life in retail, working 6 days a week at 62 years old. I am so proud of him. We are behind in our bills and he has taken on so much. It's my disabilty that has cost us so much. My Crohns Disease is costing us thousands per month. he can't even retire, because I'm so sick. it's just not fair Can you help us Ellen? I sincerely love you and watch you ever day. I can't imagine even being there to see you!

I'm thankful I don't have a worse situation, I'm thankful we lived through Hurricane Katrina. I'm thankful for so many things but I am worried about my prognosis. I am scared. with Crhohns you know there is a possibility of bad things happening.. But they are pretty unclear. I guess I'll find out shortly...
I can't believe the last email I typed wasn't saved. I am a small town girl that fell in love with a small town boy. I got sick. He still at 62 years old works 6 days a week, to keep up having insurance. My meds cost over $3000.00 a month. He has been awesome.. and I want to bring the ball to his park!. I love you Ellen and I guesss I need to do a video, but don't have the "new age" to do that. I love you, and I pray that you can help us. I have 3 step kids, and a son that passed away when he was 3.. That was in 1984 and it haunts me. I am a formal dog advocate, and have saved and rescued dogs all over our county,and before that for Akita Rescue.org in WI. Just saying, a little about myself. You are awesome. I hope to meet you someday..
Ellen , I just wanted to say I LOVE your show. I think you are the funniest and kindest person ever. Your a big inspiration to me and many people to be good people and be kind to one another. I hope to one day be able to attend a show. I am pregnant with my first child (a little boy) and I would love to bring him (in utero of course) to a taping of your show. I try to catch it when at home during the week (usually working) and adore your infectious nature and guests who seem to really enjoy themselves. I have never actually been to a taping of a show like yours and would love the experience.
I would specifically enjoy the Mom's day show as I for sure need some pointers. Being a first time mom in my mid - 30's, I have closely focused on my career for the last 15+ years and this baby stuff is kind of overwhelming. Any words of wisdom from the show would be most welcome.
