Ellen, I have been think about going vegan for sometime now. It is so hard for me to eat beef and other thing like turkey. I am going to try and find ways of doing the vegan diet. I some how get my self in trouble by picking food with a lot of sugar's in them and even eating sweets, so I am not hungry . It was my way of stopping eating a peace of meat. My children stared telling me how fat I had become..lol.. ohhhh. So I will keep checking out your page and trying to make these wonderful dishes you learn. yes I am a crazy girl, but it is know fun not having a little fun a long the way. I LOVE YOUR SHOW. iT JUST GOES TO PROVE YOU CAN HAVE A VERY SUCCESFUL SHOW WITHOUT A BUNCH OF WEIRDOS ON. i NEVER HAVE TO WORRY IF MY GRANDKIDS ARE HERE AND I HAVE YOUR SHOW ON THEY WILL SEE THINGS NOT FIT FOR THEM. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND A CLEAN SHOW.
