Piewacket

Piewacket loves all people, but craves a close, one-on-one relationship with someone special. Like the cat of the same name in the movie "Bell, Book and Candle," Piewacket wants to be your best friend and confidante. He's a good listener, and talker, too! And when you pet him, he'll push his head against you to ask for more attention. As long as he can be your buddy, this bright-eyed, friendly boy is also willing to share your love with other cats and people, including children.

Born in 2007, Piewacket came to the sanctuary from Florida when his person could no longer care for him. Besides being with people, he enjoys running, playing on cat trees and taking catnaps. He tests positive for the feline immunodeficiency virus. But FIV+ cats can live long and healthy lives, and it's very hard for other cats to catch. So he hopes that won't stop you from giving him a chance!

Bosley

If you're looking for a giant teddy bear, look no further!

Born in 2008, this big, furry, Chow Chow/American Eskimo mix is about as soft and cuddly as they come. And he loves belly rubs, flopping onto his back to invite you. He also loves to give big kisses on your face.

It's so sad to think Bosley was one of 85 dogs rescued from a hoarder. It must have been hard for such a loving guy who absolutely craves attention and affection. Bosley does not get along with cats, but does very well with his dog friends.

All Bosley has ever wanted was someone to love who loves him back. What do you think about being the first person to adopt Bosley?
