Dear Ellen, Wow where to start. My daughter Nikole N. Clark more than deserves a new car. She fights the everyday fight of a working divorced mother with my five year old grandson that has tacardia heart issues. Working as much as she can to save six thousand dollars for Dominics next step heart monitor. Any traveling can be a problem when her van leaks oil and so many down time problems with it,delays every thing in the comforts of everyday living for so many things. I don't like to see her worry or stressing, struggling. We all live together even though my part time minimum wage job only contributes alittle amount. At my age it is hard to get a good paying job here in Muskegon Michigan and with my debilitating disabilities. We do are best fighting the everyday fight here in Muskegon. Thanks so much for the natural sincerity of the laughter you give us Ellen. Laughter is so good for the soul. God will Bless You too Ellen for sharing with others. PS. Did you like my birthday poem I emailed you? Take Care, Tressie Salazar May 14th 2013.
Hi Ellen, My oldest daughter got me hooked on your show a few months ago, My only complaint is that I didn't start watching it sooner.I am a huge fan. Everyday, no matter what is going on, I make time to watch your show..I have 3 wonderful kids, 2 girls and a boy. They have all brought me such joy, but there is something very special and unique about my son Luke, he is 24 and studing for a masters degree at UMD-Duluth in Minnesots. When I wasn't able to afford guitar lessons, for him, he got how to books and taught himself. In high school he would write letters to the school board requesting that clean-ups be organized around town. He grows out his hair and donates it to locks of Love. My son is the kind of person that never asks for any thing...He makes an impact on everyone he comes in contact with.It may sound weird to say as a mom but I look up to my son , he truly inspires me.His car broke down a year ago, and he hasn't been able to afford to get it fixed.(True to style, my son told me so nonchalantly months after it happened, and he hasn't complained once about walking every where and gets rides from friends), My son deserves to win your contest for a new car..
Thank You,
Lisa
Hi Ellen I love your show I come home from work jump in a giant crib with my disabled son and my laughing makes him laugh. I am a newly Licensed Nurse very much inspired by my son to return to school at 48 years but I finished Ellen I not asking for any gifts I haven't been on vacation in over ten years, it was a trip to Disney thru Make-a-Wish It was horrible. I have struggled all of my son 18 years with jobs, income and many other adversities but when people like touch our live it makes such a difference you make people smile inside and out. If I could just win tickets to your show would be vacation enough for me. keep giving your KIND (of) LOVE
I have a t-shirt that I bought at one of Ellen's tours approximately 20 years ago in Rockford, IL. I never wear it because then I would have to wash it and then it wear out. So it hangs in my closet. I think about it when I'm looking for something to wear, but like I said I don't want to wear it out.
I watch your show everyday. It amazes me how often you help people in need. There are very few people in this world today that cares enough about people to help them. I am a Home Health Aide and I do it because I love it not for the money. Which is not that much. I get to spend my days with a wonderful 80 year old woman that makes me so happy to be at work. Just wanted to say thank you for all that you do. Have a great day Ellen.
My husband lost his job and we lost one of our cars. We are stugling as I am the only one working at 11.00 an hour, very hard Ellen and I know life is hard but we are living with his sister, we don't have money to pay rent at this point. Please consider my entry and May God's Blessings always fall on you.
You rock Ellen!

Dear Ellen,Thank you for making me laugh every day. I am writing because we are having a tough time in life. My husband has been out of work for over 2years & we dont have insurance. I am 47 and have been on disability since 2000. i was diagnosed with arthritis in 1973. As of now I have 5types . I have had both hips replaced and still need a cane or walker to walk. We have a wheelchair that we bring everywhere I need it.Our car is a 1999 jeep & is falling apart every week we are putting money into it. We have asked our family for help but they are unable to help. I have a very positive attitude towards life of course I have a lot of bad days at least 4-5 a wk that I lie in bed. I am always helping others and pride myself on paying it forward. We have so many medical bills and lately afraid of losing our home. Since I have been sick for so long pain medicine no longer works for me. I find myself in pain every day
Hello! my name is Frank and I am 63 and I am a contractor to a service that has a school where we teach young adults (that are mentally challenged - I say that they do not have a disability - THEY HAVE VARYING ABILITIES) how to cook and travel and mix in the community and also do respite for the parents.
Some of the clients have wheel chairs and I pick them up and take them home so they can attend the school and I also act as a carer during the time they are at school.
I have a small car at the moment and it is a manual and I would require a HYUNDAI I-MAX AUTO as I am getting my left hip replaced (had my right one replaced approx 5 years ago)in the next few months.
Also I will be in Melbourne from 14/3/13 - 18/3/13 seeing the F1 Grand Prix.
Please give my request some thought AS IT WILL BENIFIT MANY PEOPLE. Mobile # Australia - 0416 459 402.
Hey Ellen. I would love too win a car for my eldest son he is a veteran of the Iraq war and has had hard times since he has returned. The car he has now gets him around but he has 4 kids and he needs a trust worthy car, I worry about him all the time in this car he also has a mortorcycle he has been trying to put together just for himself but times are hard this is the only way I could think of helping him. Thanks for reading my comments
Hey Ellen,
I watch your show every day! you are such an amazing person! thank you so much for helping all of those people that need it. I am writing you because I could really use a car. I travel forty five minutes every day to school. I am studying to become a paralegal, and one day hoping to reach my goals as an attorney. I have a little Honda that is almost taken its last breath. Its missing a headlight, when I brake the whole car shakes. I car for me would help me be able to better my education. I know when my car breaks down it will be very hard for me to be able to buy a new one. Thank you Ellen for all the amazing work you do to help people every day.

I am not asking for myself. My granddaughter needs a car. She has 2 kids and is looking for a job but hadn't found one yet. She needs a car that is good on gas. She has one that uses more gas than she can afford. She gets no help from the kids father and she is trying to make it on her own. Ellen if ever someone needed a car it is my Whitney.

I and my husband would love a real honeymoon. We have been married 16 years tomorrow Feb 1. We met and married while serving in the United States Navy. While we have had our ups and downs we have muddled thru the rough times. I lost my wedding ring and engagement ring trying to put food on the table by selling it for cash twice, it’s been hard, here we are both 40, veterans, just graduated from school with our bachelor's in information security we now find ourselves trying to make ends meet once again. It is hard for me to go do a real job search while we survive on one vehicle that I inherited after my father passed away. Sorry for trying to put 16 years of hard ship in one paragraph, but also it is very hard for me to complain about my situation when there is so much worse out there. I just wish me and my husband could have a real vacation just the two of us to rekindle what sparks we do have for one another before we lose perspective on why we got married in the first place.
